Cartrack call centre and complains department haven't solved my issue. That sold me lies. Tebogo Seloga from the CEO Escalation has been ignoring my emails after they realised that one of there sales consultants **** about the product that they were selling.
I Was sold watch and the sales person said that they would be able to detect when someone is *****ing my lights. Unfortunately sone one stole my lights and I was not called or given any indication that someone was *****ing my lights as promised by the guy that sold the product to me on the 11/10/2024 at 12:17. When i call them they tell me they don't have that service. When I tell the someone sold me that service and they must go and listen to the call they keep on saying they will and they will come back to me I called them 3 times I still haven't received any response. I need this issue to be resolved because you are clear misleading clients and after that you have empty promises

If you want to waste your time and money study with Milpark education. I was writing an exam today and it was a horrible experience. The first exam took around 30min for the system to move to the next question and I ended up answering 3 questions because of that. Then they gave me another chance the system was still slow it too around 15 min or more for the system to move to the next question. I'm really disappointed, to think that we pay a lot of money for this. I think they trying to make money out of us
TFG handed over to pre legal becuase I couldn't pay and I was not well for those months. After paying my account they telling me that I can't use it any more. So TFG doesn't understand that we are human and qe get sick. I ask for the terms and conditions of the agreement that should I not be able to pay my account the will close it know my behalf. I wanted to see if we had an agreement for that. I asked for my contract that I signed and the sent me a 1 page with no terms and conditions that I signed for. Instead they included a link of the terms and conditions that I was not awear of and Nathi cut my call and didn't call me back after I asked him to send me the terms and conditions and they must highlight what they were saying to me, I didn't get that. I ask Gadijah for her manager and that IA qhen she transferred me to a gentleman that called him self Nathi.

Telkom debited my account after I told them the the DSL was not activated. I called the call center numerous times to cancel something that was not my fault now the have debted more than R1500.00 from my account.
Spar at Silverton silver place close before time. It says tradi till 19:00 but they close before that. They say its because they want to cash up if that's the case please change the times so that we don't waist our time going there. The manager said that is do to all spars.
