If there was no stars I would have not even given a star. This is by far the worst experience we receieved by n courier company We waited the whole day in the sun for our parcel not even sorry then all off a sudden I received a message that they cant deliver beacuse we were not available at the address. This is just plain rude we are awaiting a very important parcel and is leaving for leave and now this. Its just un expected and not good no explenation. And if you phone or email nor reply. Wish the companies will atop using useless courier companies.
Just want to say you are by far the best doctors and staff. Thank you for assisting us with Moana after a very serious pitbull attack. You saved our presious baby and it means the world they go out of their way to assist
Pretoria branch is so slow. We paid in the amount as stipulated on the system. As they said to pay it in by nedbank we had to gp pay the amount in, we spoke to the customer line before going to Pretoria as its an hours drive. When we arrive they firstly informed us we shouldnt have paid the money in the bank account. We have to see the supervisor for a slip when we arrived at the supervisor they informed o its no longer R210 or R220 as on the website its now R240 and sorry we dont take cash you have to swipe your bank card. For R20 so we had to go and ask someone to swipe their bank cards for R20 and give them the cash. Why cant they update the system and atleast inform us whats to happen. Its inconvenient to be told to sorry now its no longer as such people stand in long ques to get in and no were can you see what ypu have to have with you
Very unhappy with the treatment received. Since the covid stuff happend everything is just hay wired. Its the first time we had to ask so many questions they dont get back to us regarding anything. Then everytime we phone regarding my claim and what is happenning they have stories. First they are working on my claim after we submitted the document in August 2020 had to resubmit September 2020 we keep on phoning to find out and everytime we speak to someone else the storie change and that they will send me a letter. Then they sended my documents to claims department for process and Now today we phoned and the lady on the phone started interupting me and tells me my claim was closed in 2017 but I had surgery in 2018 and had to fo for surgery in 2019 so I dont understand how I could have gone for 2 operations after 2017. Then she said they are busy with my PD letter and they will decide if I need compensation. I didnt receive any compensation from 2012 after the accident. I was even pulled out from my work place to work on surface due to not being able to pass my medical at work. They really nèed somebody that know the system and atleast keep us informed and explain to us what is happening. Its bad that everybody tells you a different story. And at the end you still dont know what is happening?
