I ordered a milestone baby blanket online. For only R175 the product quality is extremely good and just the way it looked on photos! I’m very impressed and will definitely recommend this shop for a babyshower gift!
Nkosinathi Sindane was very helpful with a bookshelf I had to move. He was on time, professional and good with communication. Good service! The website is well written. You select the type of vehicle to be used (1 ton etc.), the date & time and the number of people needed to assist with the moving of goods. You then get allocated a driver and they are in contact with you. The only element which needs work is the professionalism of the agents answering the phones as well as the "Live chat" which you don't necessarily get a response quick enough. I had to wait half an hour. Other than this, I received good service.
3 orders placed with them this far, and very happy! All 3 orders received within 2 hours, with only 2 items out of stock and the rest was exactly what I ordered. I look forward to seeing how they will still improve the app to be more user-friendly in terms of searching for specific products. I will definitely keep making use of the service. Also well done on using paper bags instead of plastic!
Always a good experience with takealot! I had probably ordered about 10 times with Takealot and never disappointed. Great variety of products to choose from and good delivery services.
I placed an order on 10 May 2020. Realizing that this is during lock-down, I had a lot of patience waiting. On 14 May 2020 I received an email stating that the order will be delivered within 5-10 days as from Monday, 18th May. Still waiting. On 23 May I received an email stating that my order is next in line and the transporters will collect between 23-27 May. Still waiting. I phoned your contact center yesterday, the lady that helped me said a consultant will contact me soon. Still waiting, but with less patience now. I phoned again this morning - after being on the phone for half an hour, she gave me the transporter's contact number, so that I can follow up. Now why should I be the one following up and not Cielo? And on top of this, the transporter's number remains busy, so I am unable to reach them. Can someone please come back to me with useful information. Thus far I was only promised to be updated "soon", but I still have no clue when I can expect my delivery. I am very disappointed with Cielo's services to say the least.
