I have paid for my fiber but still i have been disconnected for the past two weeks with no help
Each time i visit this store the money market department is supper slow they only have two prople working there all the time you stand until your feet hurt mind u they are elderly people standing in the line as well
Such poor service my card was placed on hold was told to bring in documents which i did i had to sit for an hour while they tried calling the call center only to be told they dont know when they will remove my card from hold im so sick of this bank and its disgusting service now i cant use my money
Worst experience ever the young lady at the drive thru outside was very rude but that's not just it the ladies working inside joined her by being as disrespectful as she was and the audacity to gossip about and mock us I'm never going back there
I'm so disappointed at the service I received from these guys first of all I was told to go to a branch to sort out something I could have easily sorted out at the comfort of my home had to take my new born baby with when I get there the lady who helped was very helpful on her end however the service I received on the call with the lady from the forex department was so poor from the change of tone to treating me like I'm some criminal and my funds that should be funded into my account are still not there so I can't take my baby to the hospital but should wait on FNB until it suits them
I have been waiting for my electricity to be connected with no luck even after informing them that i have a new born baby with no electricity this is so disappointing
Im so frustrated with this bank im not getting any assistant from them and this is the third day
My card was placed on hold and Amanda helped me with removing it from hold however the moneygram funds that i performed while my card was on hold has not reflected in my account ive been calling in for assistant with no luck of help and this is really frustrating
I was called regard my limit on MoneyGram and was told that they would send me an email that I should provide some documents on however the consultant that called me did not inform me that they would be freezing my entire account where as I can not do anything using this card but they failed to send me an email that I should provide documents on but didn't fail to freeze my account this is the third day since I received a call and still there's no email from you guys and my account is still frozen this is such bad service and I'm not getting any help
So disappointed at their service they have blocked my card from receiving funds using MoneyGram and PayPal and no one has been able to assist me with this issue I've been to their branch I've been calling in and still I'm not getting any help
