Have been sitting with a sick cild at the admissions desk. For more than an hour. She has to be admitted as per die Pedi. When I went to ask why are we not called yet. Then they say they maid a mistake. And the are very sorry. This is how they treat sick people
On the web site pick n pay clothing are addvertising clothing that they say the stores have and then you get to the store. And they check on the system and there system shows they have stock but then the store cant help you as they do not know where the stock is. They might call you in the next two days. We went from mall @reds and they check on the system and they say centurion mall has stock. They phone the store to tell them we are coming to get the dress. When we get there they check on the system and it shows they have stock but they can help us as there is 100 boxes and the dont know which box. And it will take a day or two. So why is it on the system and on the website???
Good day Date: 14.12.2021 Time: 09:15 Place: Dischem Raslouw I have been at this dischem for 8 years now, I have new been treated this bad ever by one off your Pharmacist (Name is Martie or something ) she was at counter 2. So I go and give in my Cronic medication script that I received form my doctor on the 09.12.2021 (Tha I valid for 6 months) I go to count 4 where a guy is helping me - he tell me that I will only get 5 repeats and not 6 - so I start asking as to why am I only getting 5 and not 6 - as I have not taken any off the new script - I want to understand - then as I'm asking and he is saying that the date on the script is last month but as I'm trying to explain then "karen" form counter 2 comes and telling me that it is the law etc. And the more I want to explain that the script was given to me on the 09.12.2021 the more "karen" wants to tell me she is the pharmacist and that this is how it works. I have phoned my doctor as well and she said dischem is more then welcome to phone them as the date is 09.12.2021 - Saxby Medicorss(Centurion) - My docter is Pillay So I would like to know what is dischem going to do about my script and about "karen" from counter 2?
Godaddy.com took money from my account that i never agreed to. There is no email address for customer complaints. I did phone the number that is provided even have a ref number. They said they will get back to me and i will receive an email from them. To this day nothing no feedback. The bank has informed me that they have reversed the money but need feedback from godaddy. If this is how they treat a complaint can't images how they treat there business of real customers .
Worst service i have ever received. Or should i say lack of any service.do not order/buy anything from them. i ordered and paid on the 25 of may 2020. Which i then got an email once payment is cleared you will recive the goods within 2 to 4 working days. THAT NEVER HAPPEND(as my payment showed cleared on there side the 25 of may) i emailed them and asked on there fb page. To no reply. On email you would get a auto reply saying with in 2 to 4 working days. I only received my goods on the 4 of June. When i received my goods the order i got is not what i orders so i emailed them on the 4 of june asking why there was no communication with me regarding the product. Today on the 8 of june i got a reply. Saying some guy did have a conversation withe me.saying that i will not get my correct juice order so they gave me some other juice. (NOT TRUE- so i replied again saying i would please like proof of this miracle conversation that i never had ) as there is no service from them . Please don't use there service . They do not care about there customers.
