Rude unprofessional people.
My phone got ****** in January, I logged a claim and they have been making jump through hoops ever since. When I finally did get someone helpful they told me to resend the documents then cancel the claim immediately. When I submitted again it got canceled immediately. And yet they say the phone is protected with there insurance. As for friendly consultants, they so rude . Not impressed with the service from this company.

Bad network
The network is super slow for the past month. I have called there customer services. Many times. And all they tell me is move the router. I'm trying to run a business here. And now I have use my cell phone cause the network is so slow. Not impressed. Think I should just get another service provider

Unhappy.
Not impressed with there service. Been waiting 3 days for a parcel that wen I tracked was in my town but not delivered. When I call they say it's coming..... From freaking where? They not helpful at all and short off with a person. It should rather just close down.
