Pathetic service
Terrible service! Dented dishwasher received, 2 weeks later still no replacement. Now my refund is being rejected!!

Incorrect actioning of request
Please get someone competent to call me. Train your staff properly and get more staff. How can I wait for over 2 hours to speak to someone. Be transfered 5 times. When I get through to the woman I confirm with her 3 times what she must do.. She ends up doing the wrong thing????😡 I called in, again.. Waited a long time, transfered many times, only to find out that nothing has been done about my query. I got through to someone that promised that a manager will call me in an hour. This was at 11 am. Still waiting...

Natis documents and transfer - incompetent staff!!!
I have been struggling with your incompetent people to get my natis documents and transfer the car to my name for 2weeks.today I get an email to say the documents will be sent and I must transfer the car. What the f! I paid for it why the hell must I transfer it myself. Can you just get competent people to work for you???? I don't have time to phone you guys!!! And then the person on fb says it's a other department that deals with it. I don't give a ****! You are one company!!!

Pathetic online service! I placed my order on the 2nd may. I have to beg for updates. Now they asking me if I want to cancel. Grant Pattison, you had such a heartfelt message on the radio... How do we suport a business with the worst service???
