**** website - stay far way. Paid the R500+ and got 2-3 mails, then silence... no answers on my follow up mails and doubt i will ever see that money or the deed i requested...
Logged my claim a week ago for a leaking geyser that i can hear dripping constantly - costing me each day in additional water usage. A day later, got an email that my claim has been reassigned to another operator. Nothing since. I, as the PAYING customer, had to call THEM twice in the last week, but then had to hold without even getting to speak to anyone for nearly 10mins each time and had to end the call. Also emailed them, without reply, and today, a WEEK later, i have really had it with their USELESS service. Since when does a paying customer have to do all the legwork?? Spent almost a decade at outsurance and all my claims were settled literally within a day or two, and they always made contact with me the very same day i logged the claim.
Have been without fiber to the home since monday this week. There was a fiber break, and it was apparently fixed on monday, but have been with no internet since then. Daily calls to Vox technical support and logged tickets via email have had no effect, am now requesting a refund for this entire week and am cancelling my service and not paying a cent for this month if my internet is not on again by this afternoon when i get home. Vox keeps escalating to the useless infrastructure vendor Frogfoot, which runs the fiber, but they also cannot seem to get it fixed. There has also been weekly downtime for hours on end the last few weeks from Frogfoot and seems their entire national network is falling apart, but this is just too much and i have had enough, am a paying customer that is receiving NO service currently. Vox keeps promising to fix it and call me back and they only called me once this week and still no fix in sight.
I have orded a small item from Loot on the 4th of June, and it is now 23 June and no sign of my delivery, plus my order still shows as "on order" which means they have not even received my order or shipped it yet. I received an email from loot on the 15th of June informing me there has been a delay , but that is already more than a week ago. I then emailed on the 19th asking to cancel my order as i am not going to wait this long but frustratingly, there is NO option to cancel an order on their website, and after two business days plus a weekend i have received NO feedback from my mail requesting a cancellation. Only reason for the two star review is that i ordered another item shortly before this one, and that was delivered without issue, but this order's time to delivery is simply unacceptable.
USELESS ISP. Nepic sold our small complex's contracts to this JOKE of an isp. I requested an upgrade during the first week of May and were told i have to wait until the 1st of june for the ugprade to be activated (really??? in this day and age??) but ok, i said no probs i will wait almost a month. 1st of June comes and goes and no upgrade, get in touch via their USELESS whatsapp support nr and they just tell me multiple times "an agent will be in touch". Been 9 days and still no upgrade, and guess what? Going to cancel my contract ASAP with these losers. My advice - stay FAR AWAY from this joke of an ISP, no support and no service. And dont even try the phone nr, they simply dont answer.
