Impressive Service at The Tile Factory Elsies River.
The tile factory based in Elsies River came highly recommended by many. I recently visited the store as they have very affordable prices on tiles, etc. I was impressed to see such hardworking men, not one standing around. I had to wait quite a while for my order as they fetched it from the warehouse which is in the same complex. I was constantly asked if I was assisted and thry kept me updated on how far they are. Well done for the amazing service The Tile Factory.

Worst experience @Timberland V&A Waterfront.
Hi all I think I should share my experience with you guys on the services received from Timberland V&A Waterfront. First, I was at Access Park Bellville where i received excellent customer service. They even went the extra mile to find the store where I can find the item. I was referred to Timberland V&A Waterfront. Thursday morning I called the to determine where the item is still available as I am quite far and don't want to waste money. I spoke to Siya who told me the item is available and will be ready to collect the Friday morning. Friday morning I rushed to waterfront just to be told the item was sold Tuesday or Wednesday. I am still very frustrated beacuse I told this lady I don't want to get there then the item is sold out as I am coming from far.

Department of labour
Recently, I had to assist my brother in law with his UIF payment status. I was so disappointed, and annoyed by the services rendered to people at this department. It's a disgrace! He was suppose to receive his koney on the 4th of July, after several visits to the department all attempts was unsuccessful. These people are aware that this is people who are unemployed, with most probably their only income. They took his ID number and cellphone number he didn't receive feedback nor his money. On my side, I've semd emails to all departments including paymaster no response. Is sad that those working there just dont care whether children go sleep on a hungry tummy. It's not affecting them so it's not a priority. People should follow passion, and not money because this is the type of service you receive feom people following money!

RAM HAND TO HAND HORRIBLE SERVICE
I am totally disgusted with the service received from RAM. Since the 4th of June I received smses that my parcel is out for delivery, when I tracked my parcel it ended up in Bloemfontein while I am in Capetown. The parcel was returned to Capetown, and ended up in Wellington. I called, and the lady who had my parcel, she could not direct me to where my parcel is. Saterday I was again supposed to receive my parcel today is Tuesday some guy said definitely Monday. I'm tired of calling, and buying airtime. The worse kind of service ever!!!!
