Good day I would like to make a complaint against your service... I was phoned 11:07(could not answer the phone as i work in retail) 7 minutes later i phoned back and was informed i would NOT receive my parcel today because i did not answer and the driver doesn't know the area... I also dont know the area i have been working here a month?? Will i never receive my parcel then as i am unable to give directions? This is unexceptable and there was NO further attempts made to deliver my parcel (Our security or reception would have phoned me if they have asked for me at my place of business) what am i supposed to do now?
