Worst shopping experience ever at Woolies food Malibongwe drive. Decided to take friends from a ekasi for a shopping experience I got accustomed to overtime only to be let down by the shopping manager Lebogang and Supervisor Phathu, they outrite racially profiled us and refused to scan my card for the groceries I was trying to purchase.. got given a story about my card not being in order whereas when making payments I don't encounter such issues with the very same card.. just wonder what's the point of being granted credit but the men in the ground don't deem us fit for their "brand".

One of the ATM’s swallowed my money and displayed money retracted on the screen. Asked around and people just told me forget it, you’re not getting your money back. I went to a standard bank branch at the mall of Africa and a lady and a gent at the front desk were of so much help. I went in on the 5th of June the incident date and they assured me that on the 08th latest I’ll get the money back. I guess they went and did their recon and my story checked out and on the 08th I got the money back. Thank you Standard Bank and thank you to the friendly lady and gent at the front desk in Mall of Africa. Hollywoodbets nonchalant approach to queries to them regarding customer services is appalling. No turnaround time to issues raised with them and they never initiate keeping clients on the loop of developments regarding issues escalated to them. My issue with them is activating my account but no one seems to phased.. I constantly have to initiate talks and with their famous closing statement "your issue has been escalated to the relevant department" and no one really bothers to find out if there was a resolution. Gobsmacked.. these guys are gambling with potential online clients and I just don't forsee them retaining a bulk of the ones they have now..
Whilst others were looting from hard working shop owners.. dstv looted from a law abiding citizen.. In an attempt to reconnect my subscription I was asked to pay 589.. I did just that and sent them PoP only to be told I must pay 629 afterwards ..
