What an unreliable service, my sister sent me an item last week with the R100 PAXI courier, I was promised to get it on the 17th, 16th theybsent a message saying "delivery os on track " TODAY IS THE 18th AND I haven't received my package yet, no explanation whatsoever. I enquired in their WhatsApp number and was told to be on the lookout for tomorrow.....flabbergasted by the service as I've never had a problem with it before
I'm so disappointed by the service or lack of that I'm getting from Old mutual, I've been submitting documents for a funeral claim since last week and every second day I'm being asked to complete the claim by sending the very same documents AGAIN. When I call I'm being told I called the wrong department. I just received the very same sms again after submitting the documents yesterday AGAIN
I have never experienced such slow service in my life......the unprofessionalism of the staff was appalling. We waited for over 30 minutes for an order with no explanation whatsoever. Really disappointed

I ordered online via the Spar2U portal, I scheduled delivery time between 17:00-18:00, the time is now 18:48 and I have not received my order or any communication.
I'm so disappointed with the service I've received from Goldwagon the Edwin Swales branch, I bought a part beginning of the month....only to find out from the mechanic that I've actually been given the wrong part. I went back to exchange and was offered a refund-they did not have cash on them and said they'll call me the next day to collect my refund. They gave me the supposedly new "correct" part. I just came back from the mechanic and LO AND BEHOLD it's the wrong one AGAIN.....I just wanted Shock Saddles but ......now I have go back again tomorrow and exchange

I'm so grateful for this platform, I've had an ongoing problem from the year 2020 and I've constantly written and reviewed the 2 companies involved on this platform.....safe to say that today my problem has been solved, I received confirmation of that. Thank you HelloPeter.
So I went to KFC at the Berea Centre in Durban, now at 8:45.....it's closed, the sign at the door says it supposedly opens at 7. I sign to the lady inside t enquire if they are open yet.....the attitude she gave me....appalling really. One less customer for them
