Use an alternative service provider
Zoom fibre increase there rates (was paying R600 and now R750) since March and the lines have been worse since the increase. The service constantly goes down and they just blame construction workers. Do yourself a favour and use an alternative service provider. Zoom is the worst by far

Never Again
I've ordered from this company twice. First order was badly packed and box was terrible damaged. Items were intacted so I decided to order again. Second order was much worse. Not only was the box damaged and poorly packed again, the items where damaged, stale and opened. I reached out to the company via email and fb with no response. There is no contact number available. Items are extremely expensive, so think twice before ordering as after sale service is pathetic.

RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF DAILY SPAM CALLS
Clientele Life are absolutely ridiculous with spam calls. I've been receiving on average 10 calls from their automated call center daily, from different numbers. No idea how they get ahold of our numbers in the first place.

Worst online service.
Placed an order on the 12th of May. After following up numerous times, I decided to cancel my order. When I called to follow up on my refund today, my order gets delivered in this condition. Box is opened, items smashed inside and stuck to the tape at the bottom. Absolutely pathetic service from Makro online and the Montague gardens branch. Will never support your business again.
