I’m currently telling anyone that wants to listen about the experience I had with capitec not being able to help me just because money for cash send didn’t come out of my account and advising me to open a case and take it Sandton mall where they claim the cash send was withdrawn to look at cameras when I for a fact know that money never came out when I tried withdrawing it from Rosebank mall capitec atm I and the person who send me the cash send was nowhere near Sandton I would advise customers to to stop sending cash sends if they don’t give you short money they claim cash send is withdrawn R980 is a lot of money to loose just like that I don’t have any trust with capitec anymore they keep claiming they trying to call me when they are not keep getting messages from my banking app they trying to call me no call came through
I went to withdraw cash send of R980 I was sent but atm said Can not redeem voucher than showed on the app the money was redeemed when I ddn get the money worst experience ever I can’t believe this happened
I can’t believe the service I go from a cashier called Zinhle Caleni at Shoprite Protea Glen mall that lady needs to be trained on how to treat customers or be fired coz her behavior is unacceptable.There was a cashier who logged out and she came in while I was standing in the que I could see how she just sat at her till and look the other way while customers were not sure to go to her until one lady stepped up and asked her is her till open than she said yes than it was my turn I got to her she asked me if I wanted plastic bag and told her yes and because it clearly showed she did not want to be there or just have a attitude towards customers she ddn hear me say yes after scanning all my items I asked her nicely about the plastic bag she gave me this stinking look and said I asked u if u wanted and you said No I calmly told her can I have plastic coz was not in the mood to fight she tells me it’s R1 gave her R50 coz that’s the only cash I had she than gave me attitude and told me she doesn’t have change and after me standing and me and her having a stare down she threw the plastic I than politely asked her for her name she lied and told me it’s Bonolo Mazibukho she was not wearing a name tag only to see on the till slip her name is Zinhle SHOPRITE PROTEA GLEN please give ur cashier training
I'm so dissapointed in Nedbank thought it's an advanced bank I just moved from Capitec to Nedbank in thoughts that it was a smarter bank to my dissapoiintment I sent imali to wrong number an amount R4000 had to buy my kids milk and nappies with they are telling me that my money is gone just like that if that person withdraws the money I'm still in shock
I’m very disappointed in the incompetence of this claims agent I went to Bradlows Protea Glen Mall to go sign claim form and give in my documents got assisted by a lady called Rosina who had no customer service at all she advised me has sent the documents that was in November and I was retrenched in October and I knew I’m December there won’t be money in my account we in February 2021 and I still have not been assisted after I have been advised my documents have been received and a claims assessor is busy with it they can see my documents has been sent today received message I have to go back in store and fill out claim form again and resubmit documents now I’m being blamed for other people’s incompetence and I’m being harassed by debt recovery agent’s because of people not doing they job
I have an account with Bradlows and recently got retrenched in October 2020 continued to pay the account till I couldn’t anymore so went to Bradlows Protea Glen and was assisted by a incompetent sales agent called Rosina who showed me she doesn’t want to assist me and had no customer service skill I went to fill in insurance claim documents in December 2020 and till today no one has returned to me and they keep debiting my account and which is now reflecting negative on my credit records
Habitat properties Devland Gardens is the worst were you have to beg the employees to do they job I have been waiting for them to return my Deposit from May till to dat was told of 21days but still nothing and no no one wants to speak to me or reply emails and calls I’ve sent numerous times I don’t know what type of dealings are done there but there is 0 customer service there you pay your hard earned money and have to beg for service when you done
