A delivery was made with an item that was damaged inside. All DSV staff member and management was interested in was that the exterior (box) was not damaged. So they are not responsible for breakage inside.
My account has been suspended due to non payment. The payment is setup to automatically come off my account every month end. I even have the sms that says your amount has been captured. Then I get an email. Then I get an sms that says there is an issue. I call and put on hold for a long time. I then email support and get a ticket allocated - on the 02.06.2022 - I call today 04.06.2022 because my internet is discounted. I call the support number and explain my issue. And i get told due to NON PAYMENT MY ACCOUNT IS SUSPENDED. The first lady Leah says the amount of R19 was not paid. My installment is R199. The "system says" I must pay R219 - I've been paying R199 for over a year. She cant see the issue but I must hold on. I respond by saying - no get back to me with the answer. I call again speak to a guy and I'm gatvol now. Cos again DUE TO NON PAYMENT suspended. After say please check what the issue is - He goes off comes back and says it will be activated - HUH - What did I do I ask. Sir due to NON PAYMENT - and then i strip!!!!! After he slams phone down. I call again. I says listen carefully - WHAT HAS CHANGED - Sir DUE TO NON PAYMENT - HUUUUUUUUHHHHHH!! - Eventually comes back from team leader. Your account has been upgraded. An email was sent. i say - listen carefully - I DID NOT APPROVE, REQUEST, OPT IN or ANYTHIONG ELSE!!!!!! Puts me on hold AGAAAAIN!!!!!! - I now ring off. I STILL DONT HAVE INTERNET. AND I JUST CHECKED MY EMAILS - NO MAIL WAS SENT!!!!!!!- Stil waiting for someone to do their JOB PLEASE!!!! - I STILL DONT HVE INTERNET
I've been trying to reverser an ewallet payment since 05.05.2022 First on the FNB app - which eventually was told it cannot be done. Then the call centre. And here each time I get to an agent (speking to someone) - I get transferred because its not the correct department. Each wait is about 20min!!!!!!!!!!!!!! following instruction. Before you get to speak to someone. Then the Last person this morning - TSUMBEDZO MAINGANYA. Says i dont see your ewallet. Then further on in the conversation miracliously sees it. NOW im told it's to late for it to be reversered. They can only deal with the recipient of the ewallet (which was not drawn yet). So me -the FNB client- cant do anything.
I've been scammed by this company. The owner GUSTAV KNIEP 0769919706 is a con. I was invoiced for a motorcycle part on the 14/12/2021 and have not received the part. I was promised a refund and has still not been done. He comes up with all kinds of excuses. The courier was at fault. Then he was on leave. then he was off sick. Or he needs to go to the office to check the transfer that has apparently been done. He is a con!!
I could just ignore this marketing, but I needed an explanation. And did not get it when I called Home-Connect. I received an email that said: "Keep your upgraded speeds!" 1.) I'm on 20/20 speed since 01/03/2019 2.) When I called Home-Connect the person told me it's a VUMA initiative during lockdown. I should check with them. But the email was sent from Home-Connect. And they could give me no explanation. 3.) My invoice during lockdown shows speed 20/20 - Feb, Mar, April, May, Jun - still the same. 4.) So my question was. If it was changed during lockdown. What was it changed to. 5.) Again, I could have just ignored this. But since the entire family was working from home i.e. schooling and work. Was I on a different line speed than what I thought I was. Hence I needed to know, Because now they saying keep the UPGRADED LINE SPEED - which is what? 6.) HOME-CONNECT is this marketing TACTICS (using fear) Because internet at home is now in HIGH demand. 7.) Received another home-connect email this morning: "Free speed upgrade ends but you can still keep your speed" 8.) With instructions on how to UPGRADE. 9.) Still have not had any feedback from Home-connect about my query. 10.) My time is money and companies just don't seem to care about that. Me having to type out this review is time. 11.) Good customer service saves the client time. Wasted time can never be repaid. And it's just frustrating.
