I would rate them zero, unprofessional at all. The hotel manager said I would receive my refund in 21 days, bunch of lies. They are ****mers, please avoid them by all means to save your money. If I knew about them via reviews I wouldn't have made a booking at this terrible place.
I ordered as they had phone I needed, the phone took longer than the shown delivery days. I would have given full stars if only PMC Jewellery communicated with me about progress & avoid me contacting them initially to ask for info. However they kept constant communication with me after that
I placed an online order on 05/08/2024, as per delivery information was told to expect delivery within 7 days. Reason I bought was to give the items as a birthday gift to my wife. Only email received from snatcher was order confirmation(#393494). Despite numerous emails I sent to enquire about delivery no feedback was given to me. Till to date I haven't heard or received any feedback about my order. The contact numbers on their website goes nowhere, dead end. They don't respond to emails, very unprofessional. My money is ****** as nothing has been delivered to me. I'm frustrated as my refund won't be provided either. If I had known this would happen then I wouldn't have placed that order as now my money is ****** by snatcher. Worst experience I have ever received from an online store.
I dont usually complain but I feel this I have to say as I feel fustrated & disappointed by standard bank. I've been a client of standard bank for many years & i've never had issues with them. I just found out after going through my statement that standard bank has been taking money from my cheque account without my concern. I called customer care & I was told a bizarre story that they have been trying to get hold of me but couldnt, but standard bank has been in contact with me over & over trying to sell me funeral & life covers. They asked for proof that ive got car insurance and I gave them, but still even now the money they took hasnt been refunded as they said it would be. I asked standard bank kindly reverse all debits done on my account towards hollard insurance, I didnt sign up for that insurance at all nor give them permission to debit my account as I already have car insurance cover with iwyze. Standard bank please give me my money back Regards Alex
