UIF online is not working for us, i app**** for unemployment benefits 4th February 2026 until today i haven't recieve any payment. A month and half thats when My application was approved on the 15th April 2026. Today 20th of may 2026, i haven't recieved any payment.When i call the call centre im being told that they are busy with the request. Walk in system was the best, this online thing,is not working for us.
I bought a bed set in 2022 at sleepmaster Phola Park , it started making sounds in 2024, i reported it and paid warrantly fee January 2025 for a bed set. 21 February 2025 the bed was delivered but only the mattress without base and the bad sounds are still there. I reported the matter immediately after delivery,upto today 17 April 2025 they haven't recieve the base. I have been send left and right,no 1 is willing to take account for it.
they garnished my name for just skipping 1 month of payment. I paid the errears then i contacted them to remove my name from being garnish, i was told to contact credit bureau by myself and ask them to remove my name from being granished. For just skipping 1 month, i was reported as a bad payer and they garnished my name
I app**** for car renewal license via their Bank App and paid full amount on the 28 November 2023, 24 days i haven't recieved it. I went to their 2 branches, both of them they dont know whom to contact regarding this matter. Worse part they can't wanna refund me, so that i can go to traffic department and do it by myself.
December 2019 we realised that the was money missing in my mother's capitec account, whom is a pensioner. An amount of R3100.00 was transfered from her account to someone we don't know. We went to the bank to lay a complain. They open a case and told us they will come back to us in the next 7 working day. We waited for 4 months. We went again to the bank branch, they told us that the money can't be replaced,because the the money was transfered and it means my mother gave the pin to the people who stole the money. We even went as far is opening a case at SAPS. They told the police the same thing. Im not happy with their service, how could people go through other people's bank account and the bank the take the blame for that?
