The service I receive always when I order from Nando's in Sandton City is pathetic. On a number of occasions I order there is always something. I placed an order today @ 12:35 only for my order to get to me by 14:00. I called the store after an hour of not seeing any movement on my order on the app and after the Uber lady calling me telling there is a delay from the store with my order. When I called, I spoke to a lady called Lorraine who told me my order had left the store while the Uber was still waiting for it. I finally asked Lorraine how I can go about lodging a complaint and she seemed very clueless with their processes, all she could do was play blame game and say the issue was on the Uber side, I told her that was not the case as the Uber lady was in the store waiting with no one assisting and she therefore said sorry I don't know how you can lodge a complaint. The service is terrible and no one ever responds to complaints.. I am very disappoint and never foresee any future purchase from them again
It was on a Saturday night, 2021-06-05. Came back home around 8pm and parked my car in the parking lot and went into the house to sleep. In the morning around 7am I got a knock on my doorstep, it was my neighbour letting me know that my car tyres have been stolen. I went to the parking lot and sadly all 4 tyres were stolen, my car was placed on stones. I was shattered and didn’t know how to react at the time. As I was sitting in the house a thought came that I should walk in my neighbourhood to check if there isn’t any house with cameras and fortunately I managed to get 2 house with camera’s. I’m still new in this place and don’t know anyone but I thought to myself let me try my luck. I went into the 2 houses and luckily I found very helpful people and they were willing to help me out. I managed to get the 2 footages and I saw the car that did everything and sadly a company car was used to perform all this theft. It was around 11pm until at least 2AM, took them close to 2 hours to do this. Because now I had a trace of who to speak to, I approached the company by the name of Ruwag as their car is the one that was used and spoke to a manger there by the name of Grant. Grant was willing to assist me and took the time to look into the footage and told me they had an idea of who the staff member could be because their tracker showed that the car was in my neighbourhood at those given times however they could not conclude anything at the time as they did not have concrete evidence. Grant told me they were going to perform a lie detector test. A few week later I got a response from the company denying all the allegation saying there is nowhere where the footage shows the tyres taken into their car and they could not help me further. Even after a footage confirming movements from my house into their car, the car being there for close to 2 hours and tracker confirming the car was indeed there. A few weeks after the denial of all allegations, I got a text from someone claiming to be the suspect’s wife and told me that he acknowledges and is deeply sorry for what her husband Phillip did to my car and that Phillip was dismissed from work. Now my question was why would they fire a person there is no evidence that proves he did that? So meaning the company does acknowledge that their staff member did this, they were just running away from responsibility of reimbursing me. I need help in resolving this as I tried solving with Ruwag however they just ran away from responsibility. My tyres and mags worth R15000 are gone and now I’m left with an expense that I didn’t plan of. Another thing is that the company also compromised my information as it managed to get to the suspect’s wife. With this number my movements can be traced and I can be attacked by these people and God knows what they will do to me, I feel unsafe. I need help, I am scared for my family's life.
I am very disappointed on the service I got from Cartrack. I took out a tracking device with them on 2020-10-13 and my tracking device was successfully installed. To my surprise there's a debit order that was processed on my account the next day. I decided to call the call center to inquire why I was debited, call was made on 2020-10-16 @13:45 on 0112503000 and I was assisted by a consultant by the name of Katlego if I am not mistaken, the consultant was very rude and I could not get any assistance that I needed. The consultant advised me of a pro rata amount which I did not have a problem about, my only issue was that I was not advised of it and I have agreed with them that they should debit my account on the 20th. I then requested for a recording for the call I had with the consultant so I could confirm that the consultant advised me. The rude consultant told me they will get the recording for me and they will call me back. I asked the consultant to give me a reference number and she tell me im comparing them to other companies. Because the consultant was rude to me, I asked that they cancel the contract for me and she told me I have to pay the cancellation fee, I said to her I cant be paying that amount for a service that was given to me for 1 day and I believe there has to be a cool off period, she was so rude that she did not even want to get me someone senior to her that I can speak to. I am so done with Cartrack and want nothing to do with them anymore.
I went in to a Cell C store at Eastgate in August 2019 and requested a settlement amount for my account for I needed to close it. I got the amount which was way more than what I owed on the account. I didn’t have a problem paying that amount, I immediately paid it and sent a proof of payment to the guy that was assisting me Pascal (the only helpful person thus far). I advised the consultant that I needed to close my account at that time but he advised me that I didn’t have to close my account at that time as I was going to forfeit my benefits (made sense to me at that time) he therefore advised me that I need to call in in April to have the account closed of which I did. When I called in in April the consultant from the call centre advised that my contract was only ending in July I didn’t have to cancel at that time. To my surprise in May there’s a debit order that is now debited from my account. I immediately called the call centre and spoke to a call centre and spoke to a consultant who could not give me a straight answer as to why I was being debited. The consultant then told me she was going to escalate the matter for me as I told her I won’t be paying anything because in my knowledge the account was paid up. After the matter was escalated, one of the consultants called me and she could not give me an answer as well and she promised to call me back (of which she did not). I then decided to call to find out if my matter was resolved, I was advised that the previous consultant left a comment on my query stating that my account was in arrears hence the balance now owing. I asked the consultant how much was I owing at the time when I settled my account and she told me she couldn’t see it on her system and gave me a number that I needed to call during the week. I did exactly that, called in the next day, still couldn’t get an answer as the rude consultant told me “to be quite frank with you Dimakatso, you did not fully settle your account “ I then told the consultant she mustn’t bother explaining anymore I’ll go back to the very same consultant that initially helped me. I went back to Pascal and we both called the call centre to find out what was happening and the consultant advised that the information that was given to me by Pascal was incorrect and that I was supposed to have cancelled my contract straight away, the lady on the phone requested to speak to a manager but unfortunately the manager was unavailable and couldn’t come to the phone. The manager finally gave Pascal an instruction that the account needed to be closed and they had to pay that amount owing from their store, I was made to sign cancellation forms and I was told my account was gonna be closed that was on the 09th of June 2020, to date my account is still not closed and I have to deal with a debit order going off my account as we speak, Cell C debited my account today. I am very disappointed in Cell C and I want nothing to do with them ever again
