Purchased deca 100 and sustanon 250, the deca was out of stock n they sent Deca 300 at no extra cost, also purchased a 2nd time and both times i placed my order, did payment on friday, got my tracking monday and parcel on teusday, really good service and comunication
Package handed over to their company 5 day'a ago to transport from JHB to Klerksdorp.... blames Temu for incorect tracking info on their website and tracking numbers, in future if you order on Temu and they sejs a fast way number just cancel and go again and get buffalo express..... if released at customs and handed over you recieve it in lesa than 24hrs..... not 5 day'a later, previos time my package with fast way juat never arrived...... BUT THEY GET UPSET WHEN REFERED TO AS SLOW WAY COURIERS
CINYIKO **** to me on 3 occasions after UPS lost my parcel and they refusing to pay the claim stating it is not in their control n their T's n C's doesn't cover it and i signed up for the poor service, her manager also **** to me, they do not care to assist you when they do not deliver what they promise and what you paid for they just telo you to read the T's&C's
Absplutely no way of contacting them, no service support n parcells go missing
Paid R479 in advance, bought the suggested router and got the sim, 5 day's with no responce from customer care and the sim has no signal and no service, my vodacom sim has 4G constant, i put the rain sim in and it has no signal and no service on the notification bar, i changed the APN as said, did the alway's "did you switch it off and on" thing and all the other stuff and nothing, no signal, no customer support but R479 out my bank account, oh and BTW they don't care about bad reviews clearly since they customer service seems to be missing
Worst couriers in the world, paid on 09/06/2020 for a 2-5 day delivery service, 22/06/2020 the item is not even processer through customs yet, blaming it on covid (after one box went missing for a week), cusomer service are incompetent if you finaly get somebody to answer the phone after 34minutes the only answer you get is exactly what can be seen on the tracking number and the rest is all the corona virus fault and you pay for a service they offer but they forgot to mention it is not garanteed it just costs the same as the garanteed services but can take how long ever
