Spar2U order done but didn't have more than half my order in stock. Canceled the order as a result. SPAR REFUSES to refund me until 14 days have passed. Contacted the store - no response. Contacted head office - sorry!! Wait your 14 days! Not even government is this useless. Checkers refund within hours!! You have no idea how I need that money for food and they couldn't care less. 11days and waiting!! Pathetic!!
I have been waiting 3 weeks for a change of ownership after daily follow-ups being made. Everytime "someone" from the back office will call me and to date nobody contacted me. Empty promises daily. You are terrible and provide zero customer service. Your call ctr agent lie to customers and even after sending personal emails to Cell C staff.... zero response. If this is not sorted by tomorrow afternoon... I WILL port my network. My contract expired and I am scared to upgrade after this horrible experience.
I logged a query in November 2021 ref 7040890065 for funds to be returned that was duplicated on a card purchase. The store provided me with proof that the original transaction declined on their side and this together with all relevant docs were submitted. Its now February and I am still waiting to hear 1 word from anybody. Already escalated to a prestige banker as well as Jeffrey Maduna on 11/01/2022 and again on 02/02/2022. Not a single word. I need my money back or I will hold the bank responsible for the loss. I will call head office, newspapers and hellopeter you every day until I get my money. Enough is enough now. Waiting for 3 months already!!!
I received a brand new Samsung A22 on an upgrade. The camera was not working. Every time you access the camera is stated "camera keeps stopping". As the phone was still under it's warrantee, I took it in and it was sent to repairs department. Today, after 2 weeks waiting I followed up on the repair and was advised that this brand new phone, with only the camera not working, had so called water damage and that it would cost me R4100 and something to have the camera repaired. This is absurd!! This device was NEVER exposed to any water what so ever while in my possessions. Not at all. It's a new phone!! I requested a reassessment as I am sure the assessment was incorrect and probably for a different phone - this was refused. I will not pay to have this new phone repaired. The so called warranty is a scam. It is to easy to claim water damage and request the customer to pay for repairs.
School with unqualified people appointment as permanent so called teachers to work with special needs kids. Most of the staff have no teaching experience, degrees, diplomas and barely finished school themselves. Be careful enrolling your child at this day care center posing as a school. Staff are also not paid, claiming financial difficulties by the principal.
Absolutely pathetic! I ordered items in March 2020, it updated to "shipped" status on within 3 days. Ever since then, I have not received any product, information or feedback. Logged many queries and send many messages and emails with zero response. DO NOT BUY FROM ZASTTRA! SCAM!

It was such a comfort and pleasure dealing with a competent and dedicated person. You should be very proud of this lady as she hooked me and my friends as lifelong customers as a result of her great service
