This is appalling that my information is retained and ******* debit orders have been going off my account with your company. I have not made contact with your company in the last 7-10 years yet my information is retained and used. This is a contravention of the POPi Act and your people in-house have terrible service when you try to find out why you are debited or your account is retained. The lady to who I spoke had more attitude to want to prove I know moimooi than action my request.
I was sold a contract with false pretences of the cost. The first encounters to resolve were quick as they acknowledged their fault. Once the device was returned I was hit with a 12K cancellation bill which I was told on the call as it was not my fault there would be no fee and all charges of billed months would be reimbursed. I have been mailing for weeks to customer service and no reply about my refund. I have no device no contract and an exorbitant bill to pay with a company that seems to be ghosting me.
Their products are great, fresh and five-star quality. Service is the best part, they take every suggestion into consideration and implement it :)
Unfortunately, the entire meal was disappointing from the time it took to get delivered to items delivered. Items were missing, hot food was cold and limp. Overall really bad first-time experience. There was not one item that tasted good and bad after customer service
Really impressed with their online service and stepping up to next day delivery.
Always great service from the company.
