Never finance your vehicle with Nedbank - MFC until you hear my story. 1. My name is Ms. XT Zwane 7902070501085, I finance my Renault kwid in 2018 with MFC. The car was involved in an accident and was written off. My insurance paid for the car and I had to pay for the credit shortfall, which was paid in full. 2. Nedbank- MFC never deregistered the car in my name with the Department of Transport since 2018 and they still have the original papers of the car which they refused to give to me, so that I can deregister the car myself. 3. I have been calling them and sending emails without any success. 4. This matter has caused a great inconvenience on my side since I cannot pay the license for my other car without first licensing the kwid. 5. Since 2018, I have been paying for the disc for the car that I do not have so that I'm able to get the disc for my other car, now I cannot as I do not have the money. 6. I called them in February and stated that I will escalate the matter, this is when they responded and I told them that I have to use public transport now with my kids to school in public transport. 7. Today, they are coming back to say that I must pay for the disc so that they can assist me. How can I pay for the disc for the car that I do not have since 2018 and they were supposed to de-register the car in 2018 and they never gave me the original papers for the car, so that I can de-register the car myself with the Department of Transport if they do not want. 8. The matter was reported to them long time ago before the disc expired in February 2021 and they did nothing. So, I must pay for their incompetence? That is very unfair.
Today at 7:30 I dropped off my kid who is in Grade 1 at school but was told that the child cannot be allowed to school because she had forgotten the tag that was given to her. I am very disappointed with this kind of behavior. My child, who is 6 years old had to stand outside the gate alone, while I had to go home to fetch the tag. I do not know what this tag symbolizes because the had not used it anywhere. If they say, is for the gate, the kid is too small to know how to use the Tag. The Tag can be misplaced or stolen, does that mean I have to pay R200 everyday for the tag? I had paid for the school fees for the entire year for both my kids to be denied an education because of the stupid tag. If this is the case, my kids are still small to understand the significance of the tag, and the tag was given to her when they re-opened on the 4th of August 2020. If the primary objective of the school is to value the tag, my kids are in the wrong school then. My primary objective is the education of my kids. Can I then be refunded the money and look for a better school which will focus on the education of my kids. To make it worse, these kids have been at home from March until August without attending school and yet we paid. My child was excited to go back to school after a long break, now is told you can't enter the premises because you forgot the tag. To make it worse, they only attend two days a week. I do not suscribe to nonsense, this is nonsense at best. There is someone who checks them for the temperature and opens the boom gate for each child. I really do not think the school values the education of our kids.
Russell furniture is a junkie business. when you lay bye furniture with them and pay it off. The will not deliver your furniture. Your order is always missing something or will deliver/ old broken furniture in your house and dump it in your yard and run away when you try to check the furniture. I think they are doing this because it only black people who supports them. They will repossess one furniture from one customer and deliver to you , where as you have paid for the new furniture. Everytime they deliver your furniture, there is always something wrong. Either is the old furniture or something is missing. They are crooks.
AIG company is a junkie business, they crook people by debiting their account twice and when you call them , they promise to return your your callwithin 24 hours. When you follow up, they say sorry and will not reverse the debit order for you. This is junkie business, at the time of corona , where no one has money they doing this fraud on our accounts.
