I have never been this disappointed in Cell C. I have been with Cell C for years. The customer service is extremely bad. I have a problem with my upgrade that was reported with on 27/01/2022 when the delivery was done. The consultant I spoke to said that I will receive feedback in two working days. By 31/01/2022 the afternoon, I have not yest received feedback and as this was the second working day I called in again. To my disappointment I was put trough to numerous departments and had to explain myself over and over again. The last consultant I spoke to (that was quite irritated) told to wait until the next working day as the 2 working days was not fully over. After the next working day 01/02/2022 has almost again passed with no feedback, I called in again and again no one could provide me feedback and the consultant I spoke to told me, they have updated the case that they are waiting on a recording. I then also sent a email to the customer service email, as the voice prompt very clearly states if you cannot wait on the line you need to send a email. Until today 16/02/2022 no one have come back to me on the email I send. After 2 more working days I called in again 04/02/2022 and once I again no feedback could be provided as the state of the case was still the same 'waiting on a recording'. I asked how long this is still going to take as there is a limited amount of days the I have to sort this out according to their policies and the consultant told me that as long as they have to open case it would still be fine, bur no feedback can be given on how long this is still going to take. The consultant also informed me me that initial 2 working days turn around time that was given to was not correct and it is actually 4 working days. I was not happy with this answer as this does not make sense that two consultants from the same department now had different turn around times, but I then accepted the answer and continues the wait. On 07/02/2022 I received a SMS asking if I was satisfied with how the query was resolved, but as this was not the case once again I had to call in. AND once again the same story. No feedback, still awaiting the recording and the case has not been closed. The consultant told me they had escalated the case. I also received a SMS with another reference number for this, but I still needed to wait for feedback. On 10/02/2022 I again received a SMS asking if I was satisfied with how the query was resolved, but as this was not the case once again I had to call in. For the 5th time now and a email I called in again and again the same message no feedback, still awaiting the recording and the case has not been closed. Again this consultant told me they will again escalate the case and again I received another reference number for this, but still I needed to wait for feedback. On 14/02/2022 I received an SMS stating they have listened to the recording and the case is closed as I agreed on everything. As they have not ONCE even tried calling me about time I once again called in. I spoke to a consultant that once again told me that nothing that was in the SMS has been updated in the case. According to the case they are still waiting on the recordings. He talked to a supervisor and handed everything over and supposedly I would have been contacted back, but once again here I at the end of to working days later, and no one has done anything to give me feedback. The consultant ensured me the supervisor would send me a mail and I asked him to not send me a mail, but to call as my side of the story also needs to be taken into consideration. Tomorrow 17/02/2022 it will be 3 weeks that I have been waiting and not have received any feedback. I am absolutely appalled by the customer service as this is not way way clients should be treated. My patience with this situation is wearing very thin and I am seriously considering ending my services with Cell C and moving over to another network provider that takes customer service seriously and values there customers. Obviously Cell C's priorities towards customers are not at all in the correct place and I am extremely disappointed.

I am so disappoint in this internet provider! They don't even deserve one star! I have not been contacted back for support since April month. I have contacted the support numerous times and they don't even have the decency to contact me back. Please do yourself a favor and NEVER use them as clearly clients are not important! And please don't give me some **** excuse that this is because of Covid-19, because it is just absolutely NO customer service!
