its so strange how they quick to call you to make a payment and yet its a Hussle for one to get a paid up letter , requested for a settlement which monies was paid and was advised by Sthuthukile / thuthukile and assured me that will get my paid up letter within 2 / 3 working days to date nothing has been received , called again spoke to Letticia and now she is telling me i need to wait for 21 days Truworths will need to issue the paid up letter , called Truworths spoke to Analo advises that Nimble didn't pay over the monies once nimble pays over need to wait for 10 days @Nimble your a good in sending emails and sms's of non payment whereas payment has been made and yet im not getting any positive assistance from your offices , who needs to pay extra for sms's and emails your sending ? im so dissapointed
i bought a screen protector from Vodacom 4U in New Market , the screen kept on doing bubbles i went back spoke to happy advised she will change it kept on going back to shop could get her , when i went back early this month the store was closed and there was note on the windows we should go the the Vodacom store near nedbank (Shop 33, Newmarket Mall,) , i went to the store and a lady there who was assisting me (forgot her name ) the way she was so RUDE instead of explaining properly she just rolled her eyes continued to work on her work station and said i quote " your lose you cant came here and expect assistance from a store that was closed cant help you" when i asked than why was there a note that if we need assistance we come to this store all she said was she doesn't know why and she called the next person and my R200 down the drain just like that she cant deal with clients she is literally rude
Vodacom is a rip off my mom had a contact which was due for upgrade July 2022 end of July cancelled the contract, we went vodacom store in Alberton new market we were told they can't assist we need to contact vodacom we have been calling vodacom customer even lost count but still nothing has been done to date all dey good to do is suspending the services n need to go pay more money, yesterday made another payment, yet again today line has been suspended VODCOM WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE TO GET THIS RESOLVED AS IT'S BEEN ONGOING SINCE JULY 2022 TODATE THIS NONSENSE UR DOING IS FRASTRATING

I responded to Facebook ad and placed an order for a wifi router (Telkom) 20gig to my suprise they delivered 10 gig today I was billed twice R159. 00 The agreement I had was 20gig for R119.00 and R100 once fee Mobile talk or Telkom come n collect this wifi clearly mobile talk is scamming ppl I Hve been trying to call the offices there is no answer at all it's 5 days now calling I'm not getting any response
