Defamation of character
Very unpleasant shopping, I was accused of *****ing in a shop, while I was shopping with my kids.. I'm definitely suing the shop for defamation of character because these incidents really embarrassed me.

Capitec veriphone/merchant machine
Im not happy with the Capitec veriphone/merchant machine, bought the machine then in 1 month the machine stopped working, I went to the branch 5 times to report and I was not assisted and told the salesman is no longer working at capitec, I've been calling and emailing I'm not assisted... Capitec service is bad.

OneCart are *******
Ordered my sisters cake yesterday September 2024 on OneCart and used an order that was issued in the morning, order was never delivered followed up with support I'm told my order was canceled and my account for coupon missuse. I don't have my order and I can't claim my refund coz I can't access my account. What a bummer

Bad service
placed an order and redeemed a coupon and order was not delivered.order was placed at 8am to be delivered between 1pm to 2pm The next day I'm told I need to re-order and pay full amount and cannot get my coupon. Such bad service.

I have never experienced such poor service from a courier company. Ive been calling phone not answered, trail of emails and still im not assisted.

Online order
frustrated by the service I received from Pick n pay asap... I made an online order and wrong order was delivered... And to return the order and get my order is a nightmare. At some point the agent whom I spoke to asked if I'm able to return the order to the store, like what's the point of shopping online if u still have to go to the store ... Also I had to go the store and buy the same products again...

Bad return policy
I'm seriously not happy with payflex return. I recently purchased from superbalist.com using payflex coz they had a coupon of R200 so I returned and item for a refund. I'm told I cannot get my refund as I've used their coupon. Had I known I was not gonna return the item
