My wife bought a body shaper at Ackermans Goldman on Friday and when she put it on Saturday it was torn on side so she needed to put it on for a function that day. On Monday she called the call centre and they advised her to send a email; they responded and advised that she cant take it back cause of underwear refund policy which we understand but now what must she do with as it not yet 7 days. Ackermans quality is very very very bad for such a huge business.
Bad telephone ethics from the business cant get hold of any one
The worst service one could ever get from this so called service provider. Spend literally 15 on a call with a consultant who I can't recall her name who put me on hold for almost 10 minutes +. All I wanted to know from her is why are they over charging me when my price lock has ended and I had to listen to the music for 10 minutes. Ref 118440121. Then they want to sell my deal for this useless service.
After a number of complaints and calls i had with DSTV and after a Hello Peter agent called regarding my account i was informed that my account with DSTV will not be suspended it will continue as per normal until they get the package that i want but today DSTV decided to disconnect my service after they have failed to honor the agreement that was made with myself and the Hello Peter agent. Can a DSTV for once get of they behind anf and start doing they f..king work as i will send a ugly message to the CEO cause of the useless staff they have
Can DSTV please start to do they work as they are very unprofessional when come to service. So one must alot of hello peter complains to get service when they cant do they damn job. Is there not another service provider that one can join as thus service provider is useless as hell
Dstv is worst services one can get under the sun. I called in this morning to query about my account spoke to Nonsikelelo Nbawonde who couldn't help me on requesting to speak to a team leader she said that there is no manager or team leader on the floor and then she went all quiet on me and never said anything. So i clearly don't understand how DSTV work they are really a bad when comes to service

I bought some clothing on my Ackermans acc but i lost the slip and i needed it be refunded back to my Ackermans as i don't want the cash for it but was informed that Ackermans dont refund without a slip even if you have a account with them. They cant even give a statement so that you can trace the purchase, i know that you can refund without a slip which is not redeemable for cash and i dont need cash just refund back to Ackermans account.
I have been calling since Sunday 08/11/2020 regarding my DSTV who was stucking and spoke to consultant who informed me that i must unplug the decoder and restart it will be orite in about a hour which was wrong it never got better but we lost alot channels in the process. We spoke to different people and none of them could help us. On the 11/11/2020 i called again and spoke to a consultant named Sumaya who refused to let my wife speak to a team leader or manager on duty as she said there was no management on the floor and she keep me on the for about 20 minutes and I drop the call. Im very unhappy with the service of Sumaya as she was very unprofessional and unhelpful. She refused to give us her surname or a reference for the call. She put us on hold for 20 minutes. If this is the service that you guys provide to us i think it is time to join Netflix cause DSTV sucks. DSTV has poor customer service and they dont care about their customers.
On the 25 October my wife and I went to do shopping at Shoprite Signat Terrace shopping centre and we took Kelloggs 1kg from the shelf at the ticket showed R56.99 and Tissues that showed R19.99 when we got to till points there was a price difference on the both, Kelloggs R67.99 and Tissues R24.99 and we spoke to the manager Baratang (Fresh Food manger) on duty who was very very rude as i explained to her and even went with a packer named Whitney who confirmed the shelf ticket even went with a security guard to confirm and he also saw the incorrect shelf ticket. Baratang was very rude, arrogant and she clearly didn't have any customers service as she informed me that she wont honored the price as per ticket and she took photos of the shelf and she is the manager on duty at its her called and i requested to speak to Branch manager who she arrogantly told me he was off and asked to speak to other manager who name is Christie who immediately apologized and assisted me. Baratang is clearly not a position to be a manager as she dont understand CPA rules and the cashiers was more helpful than her. Baratang needs to go on course for Customer service
