The harassment I have been receiving from VVM who is in partnership with vodacom is too much it's been over a year now. Someone took a contract using my name but the strange part is there were no attachments to the contract and I did everything vodacom told me to do, sent the affidavit to state it was ***** and I received feedback from vodacom that the issue was resolved, I am failing to understand now why I still get call for collection from VVM on behalf of vodacom

I have been with nedbank for almost a year now and it's the worst decision I ever made... they create problems and when it's time to clean up the mess you on your own. They sent me an sms stating that they gave my details out to homechoice without my consent next day they sent another message stating that I need to approve the debicheck debit from my account with homechoice of which I have no business with homechoice and when I call them the smartest solution they come up with is to close my account.

As if their calls ain't harassment enough they now decide to **** accounts under our profiles inorder for them to ********ly debit our bank accounts. I received a confusing message from my bank stating that I need to approve a debicheck debit from my homechoice account of I do not have one.

Stop harassing me Vodacom
I have been a vodacom prepaid customer for almost 20years now , and have never been in any contract agreement with them. I was puzzled when I received a debit of R1300 the 1st month and the following they doubled it to R2600 and some change, because I reversed the 1st one. I then decided to go to vodoshop to enquire about these debits since I have no business whatsoever with vodacom, I was so shocked when they told me it's for a contract phone I took with them... I then asked them to show me ,the Identity document , payslips and bank statement attached to the contract cos in my belief you not able to take up a contract without any of these documents, to my surprise there were no documents attached which then proved that it's an inside job. I was then told I needed to go write an affidavit and attach it to the form they gave stating what has happened and I did all of that even received a response that the issue was resolved but up to this day they still harass me with calls demanding that I make payments. It's over 6 months being harassed by Vodacom for a contract I never app**** for.

We ordered a couch and paid in full in October last year... it's now towards the end of March, still haven't received our couch. First and last time I'm buying from them. I regret choosing them 😪 🙃, they such a scam and disappointment 🚮🚮🚮🚮
