I have given three stars because I did not deal long with this company. It started when I received a new phone number, I sent a few replies stating I was not the person that they thought I was, to SMS legal messages addressed to me, but to no avail, eventually I sent an email, and then they responded promptly and struck my number from their list. I cannot say how good they are, but I can say that they were very persistant.
I am very pleased as to the vast improvements to Checkers Stores in my area, they are cleaner and more efficient as well as specials that matter. The quality of food stuffs has also improved. The online shopping App is also good, and service is very good, I had an issue with some meat bought, and they refunded my money no questions asked, this action was far beyond me expectations and I felt compelled to comment here because I realise that anyone could have **** and had the same result, so I am happy to say that I only ever complain for good reason, and appreciate that they trusted my word for it! Thank you
Supersonic, a Fibre service provider, I have been ultra careful about keeping up payments, and yet there is a discrepency in my account, However! now that I am bending over Backwards to rectify this problem, the service has been terrible, their billing system seems to be in complete disarray. I have been without internet for three months now and still no effective communication. Throughout this period of confusion, my youngest son lay on his death bead and ultimately passed away. I am no longer interested in speaking to staff members but only the CEO, to resolve this issue.
I have been a customer with Vodacom for over 25years now and was happy until 2019 when I found that my employment was under the threat of slowing down and eventually coming to an end. So I sent email, after email asking for my contract to be canceled due to the fact that my employment was coming to an end. These emails were often ignored and so I became increasingly frustrated when I was still receiving invoices pertaining to the contract. After some time of continued emails, I was eventually handed over and began receiving demands from various debt collectors. after several debt collection companies received my proof of emails and so on, I eventually received a call from Vodacom and I was able to reach an agreement that eventually became a resolution whereby the contract was canceled and payment was no longer needed. Or so I thought, until 29th January I received a demand for payment to the tune of 131 rands to my account number NA034280. This was puzzling me, so I delved into the reasons and investigated, I have now discovered that, to my chagrin, there is an account attached to my name and ID number that is of a phone number of which I am completely unaware. This is a number that belongs to another person of a different name. I am now in full belief that Vodacom, as a company, is completely inadequate in its ability to run successfully! I have therefore come to the conclusion that Vodacom has deteriorated exponentially as far as customer care is concerned. and that I recommend that all and sundry of the client base should be very wary of how things are run in the business.
I really like a platform on which one can air their experiences of dealing with various companies online or even offline. whether it be Excellent or Terrible and anything in between.
I have found that the enthusiasm of the members of this Business are well worth looking up and they have definitely streaked ahead of the game of making money online. No hidden agenda at all.
