Manati Students Alternative Funding deducted money from my account. I asked to change the institution through which I'm enrolling and asked that they make amendments on their end. There's no feedback. They are not responding to my emails. When I call, I can't get through to the account manager and she doesn't contact me back. They are not even saying anything about a refund since the deducted money from my account.
Uber just deducted money from my account. When I ask which trip did I owe, they won't tell me but they keep telling me that there's a trip that I did not pay for. I have been having back and forth conversations with them but they can't tell me which trip is that and the date of the trip. I have tried to explain countless times that there's no trip I own but they have gone to an extent of taking money from my account.
They attended to my problem and it was satisfactory resolved.
I bought a voucher for R1000 using the Capitec App and I got an error message. Up until today, I have not received my refund.
I want to express my concern and disappointment about Hollywoodbets. I included a game between Al Hilal Vs Inter Miami CF on my slip and it played until the last whistle. The game was not suspended or postponed but played until the last minute. After the game was finished, Hollywood decided to scratch the game, which is something that constitutes an unfair practice. The ticket no: 2083006461757820. They ended up paying me less than what was due. Please investigate. And i will report this matter to the gambling board.
I'm writing this email to express my disappointment as I have been treated unfairly by FNB as a customer. I lost my card and there were so many transactions that were made in my account even after I blocked my account. An investigation was initiated and I was not pleased with the outcome as the charges of the transactions were not taken into account. I'm told that everything a transaction is made from an an account that has zero balance or minus, a charge of R105 is incurred. The money that was brought back is not even half of the money I lost.
I order wings via Ubereats. The delivery guy got lost and i tried to direct him. Instead of going to the right address, he cancelled the order. I reported the issue to UberEats. He is what they said, "in situations like this they don't refund". What's frustrating is that their delivery guy got lost, how is that my problem?
After I cancelled my order they did respond to my emails and eventually I was credited all my money back
I bought an Xbox 360 online, after a couple of days, I was then told that it has been refurbished. Another thing is that I didn't receive any tracking number ever since I paid for my order. I have been sending emails but there's no response or what so ever. I bought lot of items online with other online companies and I must say I have never had this experience. If they can not deliver, I need my money back
