I am so disappointed in the service in SA I will be posting my disappointment No parcel has been received? Yet tracker says delivered? And no answer to any phone numbers or emails and Shein continues to use them
So I tried to do a purchase via takelot on the OZOW payment option and the system froze taking the money but not reflecting on takelot system? The payment was redone via payfast. I cannot get takelot to refund the first system via OZOW the transaction was done on the 11 July 2024 according to them the transaction was abandoned but according to my bank statement it was paid. As of today 23 July 2024 they still denying the 2 payments, Even though I provided proof on my bank statement, Latest news is that I must contact ozow myself?? Customer service is absolutely pathetic I will name and shame the consultants as the have all proven useless J. Coceka N. Rofhiwa and N. Mandisa No one cares or takes time to actually try and help? What am I supposed to do now? I have definitely paid twice for the item, so quick to take your money, but no one wants to know your problem when there is an issue

Terrible experience please do Not use them they are ****MERS they take your money and never return your calls , and did not fix the fridge
So discovery credit card moves us the client to discovery bank from Fnb, we have no option but to go along with their decision as we were not asked for any Preference or given any option?? The transfer took place after our payment was already made into the old account, and the money is not reflecting in the new account, so after a call to discovery bank we assured that it is just going to take time so we must wait out the 5 working days( I mean really 5 days for money to reflect already absolutely ridiculous!!!) we wait it out and the money still not there ! Call again, oh now we must Send pop and they will see to it in the next 2 days!! That means it will be close to 2 weeks without the money and no one is phased and then the outcome may be that the money might be forwarded to new account or may be refunded to account it paid from. And in the mean time we are out of pocket and I am sure getting charged interest on the outstanding money on there side, this was discovery’s instigation why do they not sort it out for the client????? Why must I be hassled and inconvenienced and out of pocket I am very dissatisfied so far with discovery ban****
