How many days does it take for a payment to reflect on yourside because its already been 5 working days . Im sitting with no connection for 3 weeks now !! Nudebt and Telkom need to sort this out ASAP !!!
I have been far too patient with Telkom. I was debited last week Thursday ( telkom confirmed payment received) but my line is still suspended!!!! Ive been told its with collections , called nudebt and was advised no payment is reflecting on their side !!! I am livid at this point, i have been without connection for 3 weeks !! I have offered to send bank statement to prove the debit order went off but they refuse saying they are waiting for the payment to reflect !!
WORST SERVICE EVER !! I spoke TO A MANAGER WHO WAS SO RUDE TO ME! An AGENT BY THE NAME OF TELOLOKO ASSURED ME THAT MY REQUEST WAA PROCESSED I REQUESTED FOR THE DEBI CHECK TO BE CANCELLED AS I CAN NO LONGER AFFORD TO PAY THIS DEBT AT THE MOMENT I WAS ASSURED THEY WILL STOP IT BUT NO I HAVE BEEN DEPITED AGAIN AND LEFT WITH ZERO IN MY ACCOUNT HOW WILL I PROVIDE FOR MY CHILD AS IM IN A FINANCIAL CRISIS!!!! TODAY I WAS TOLD TO MY FACE THAT THEY CANT HELP ME. I DEMAND THIS AMOUNT REVERSED AND DEBIT ORDER STOPPED ASAP
Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!! , after so many escalations sent to Billing, im still being told that my sim is suspended.. I have sent proof of payment as well, but they fail to activate my sim. This is ongoing from 02/02/2020 till date there's no joy!!! Can someone resolve this ASAP, i have now LOST my patience, 0789758016 is my cell no. Sim number is NKJW7N. Thulasizwe Dlomo
I purchased a R60 token and they are saying they can't trace my payment. I used prepaid24 as the reference. I want some one to call me Urgently!!!
5 DAYS LATER AND IM STILL WAITING FOR AN AGENT FROM RAIN TO CONTACT ME,. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THIS SERVICE,
