The worst time wasting survey platform. Logging in is a struggle. Once you are in redeeming a payout is a hustle. The page just goes blank when you click payout option. When you contact them nobody responds. Don't waste people's precious time and data.
Been working on Drink diary study and have not received my payment for the past 3 months. I sent numerous emails but no responses, even in the RefreshMe App they don't respond. I'm very disappointed.
Im extremely dissapointed with Bolt. Today alone a total of R500 was deducted from my account. I requested for a rides and each time the driver was not found Bolt was still deducting money from my account. I tried getting hold of them and that AI chatbot carried on sayimg its pre-authorization fee. I mean come on, What authorization that high, is this a new **** or what. Who's got money laying around in ghis economy to be told money will be reversed between 14 to 30 days. Im not using this ehailing again.
Was so dissappointed with McDelivery. I ordered food from Bellville McDonalds and the food was not delivered. waited for an hour without any communication whatsoever. The last email l received around 21:30pm was saying my food is on the way. After that nothing until 21:50 when l phoned the restaurant and the manager was very rude. She didnt even want to assist l had to call in again around 21:50pm only for her to tell me l must make a plan to come and get the food because she couldnt find a rider and they are closing in 5 mins., WOW.How am l suppose to fly to McD in 5 mins. How about you tell your managers to let the customer know if they wont be receiving their food. Now my kids had to go to bed without eating, and my money deducted. I have to wait for days to get a refund. Your customer service is bad, you cant even offer a promo or compensation.
The service is always excellent. Love their uncompromised quality of work. Very efficient and reliable. Keep up the excellect work.
I'm not happy with how you're now conducting business.Why are you sending me extra time messages that keep my phone light on all night,not only do you send one, but two or three of them, forcing me to wake up in the night or wake up to a dead battery.I tried changing my phone settings it's not working.Your customer service number now have no option to speak to agents,This us harrassmentif l want extra time l know how to ask for it.Youre damaging people's phones.You don't respond to queries on social media platforms.
