I have had car insurance with this company for a while now, and I can confidently say they are the best in the business. Greetings Please help me get my parcel or my money back, I ordered online from identity on the 26 June 2025 and received order number o319478867, then got a message that my order hasn’t been delivered, when I went to collect my order at identity Dundee as I choose to collect my order from them o was told that the order was delivered in Gauteng kerk street identity, they promised to call them so that they will rearrange the delivery to the correct address, up until today I never received any update regarding my order except for one lady who called me two weeks back fro identity kerk street saying she is arranging to courier my parcel to Dundee identity in kzn but I have never received my order
Pls help me stop this netstar companion ****, I stopped it last month as they deducted my money without my consent but surprisingly today they deducted again after I spoke to them and they said they have cancelled it
A lady called me I think two weeks ago regarding Netstar discounts staff I told her I am not interested boom on the 2nd of May R138 is deducted from my account, I called Netstar on Saturday the 3rd of May I was told finance department will be available on Monday the 5th of May, I called this morning to enquire about money debited on my account, and was told it’s Netstar companion fee which I never sign up for, now I want to cancel this debit order I am not getting help because they said their line is busy, please help me cancel this debit order
I feel ****med or ****** by Debonairs Dundee, I ordered Pizza to the value of R389 and opted to pay with card on delivery, when the driver came to deliver he gave me a slip with the different amount of R418 with 18 rand delivery fee which I was told it’s a free delivery while I was processing my order, the driver has to explain something that I don’t know of. Can Debonairs explain as from when they started charging for delivery fee which is hidden during ordering process, I feel ****** nje, I am staying 4km away from them and it’s not the first wi was ordering ayi never paid for delivery
Please help us stop this Reargentum thing that we don’t know about, they are busy debiting money in our accounts, FNB how do you allow a debit order without a mandate, please protect our money
I had a very bad experience at Jet Dundee this afternoon, I bought some clothes and went to pay using a bank card ,I paid and payment approved,I received a message from the bank that the money was reserved for purchase then given a slip to sign,I did so and give it back to the cashier,immediately after that the cashier said there is a problem she needs to call her supervisor and she did so and the lady came look at the computer and said there is a problem with their system they can't give me my clothes that I bought,I told the lady that but the money went through and I even received the message confirming that, she replied saying that money can be reversed at any time ,I insinsted that I want my clothes she said I must pay again for the second time which I refused to do so,asking her what if same thing happens then she said she can't help me but I have to leave the clothes at the shop and come again after 2 days which I was very cross and confused about it and she didn't even shows that she cares and give some apology, I ended up doing as she instructed, left the clothes with them my money as well of which I dont know what to do now
My name is Thembelihle, I was assisted by Renaldo Watts ,I made a car insurance quote with him and I got the better offer and was ready to sign in with them, when the time to cancel my current insurance policy they offered me better offer than theirs so I decided not to proceed with them, and I sent Renaldo an email explaining that I can't proceed because of the above mentioned reasons he said that not a problem, but on the 1 of December the money was deducted from my account and it didn't went through because I didn't have funds in my account, on the 15th of December again they deducted my money I don't know why they did this to me I want my money back
Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to join this road protect thing without your knowledge, the reason for my question is that today while I was looking at my car statement I noticed that there is this R95 that is being deducted monthly for road protect but I never joined it ,cam someone help me cancel this thing
