Utterly disgusted with the service at Fleurdal store. I placed an order from 18:52 and it’s 20:46 still my order hasn’t arrived. I asked the store to cancel that order as I had made alternative arrangements after the 1st delivery guy **** and said he was outside with my order at 19:16. He calls me and asked him where he was but he kept on saying he’s outside but I had already been waiting for over 10 min outside. I gave him time so he can deliver but after 10-15 min he still had not arrived. I tried calling him back but he ignored my call. I phoned the star asking to cancel the order, the male person who answered said he’ll phone me back as he’ll try to track the driver. He phones back and he says the driver is untrackable. I requested once again for him to cancel the order and I’ll make alternative arrangements. He promises to send another driver and he says it will take 20 minutes. After 45min still no delivery of my food. Called the store again and a very rude lady answers and I wanted to cancel the order as it’s now over 2 hours waiting for the pizza. She didn’t want to assist. It’s exactly over 3 hours after she said the driver was on the way and I still have received the pizza. I called the call centre and spoke to Charmaine who said she’ll pass the message to the store to phone me. R230 paid, still no food received and I demand a refund!!! Store not trustworthy and no customer service and not professional
Opel Isuzu Renault Bloemfontein Cindy Janse Van Vuuren and her colleagues don’t get back to clients. They simply don’t care about service and providing feedback to their clients. Bloemfontein branch gives the worst service and sad thing is there isn’t an alternative around Bloemfontein where you can take your vehicle to. Took my car in the 10th Nov and was promised they will call me the next day and no one did. Made Cindy aware that I am awaiting feedback from the technician on the 15th Nov and she also never bothered to contact me back till today still waiting
I have claimed on my funeral policy and have not heard anything from them. They will let you down in the time when you should not be worrying. FNB policy was no hustle to payout but with Standard Bank this is the 2nd week waiting with no response, feedback or progress given.
I loaded R30 airtime and my airtime vanished before I even used it. I phoned MTN and they said they can see on their system that I have R29.81 balance but my phone shows I have no airtime and I can’t make a call. I explained my situation to the team leader Songeziwe that I need to make a call urgently as it is a matter of life and death. I have a sick person with me and need to phone someone who’s going to help me. I have no other means of getting airtime and it’s late I can’t go out as a woman alone because it’s not safe. Instead Songeziwe laughed at me and he said I must make means to get myself sorted out even if it means I put my life at risk. Basically he was saying that’s not his problem and the person am with can die! He was inconsiderate, sarcastic and thought my situation was funny. He refused to put me through to anyone else and the put me on hold for the longest time. I don’t even trust that he gave me his correct name and surname
