They don’t care after taken your money,i bought iPhone for R11400 and writhing 46 days it wasn’t working showing software error they collected it back after I claimed and tonight i just fetched it from DHL centre now when switching on it shows 3 lines on the screen so it must go to Dubai again please i need my refund ?
I bought iPhone for R11500 January and now it stopped working showing DFU mode i tried claim warranty and nobody responding to my claims at all,i only used the phone for 46 days and now its blank
Unreliable bank: on the 17th of December I have sent my Mom money to buy Christmas gift via pay shap using her cellphone number(amount of R1500.00 from account number ***xx3834 at 10:33 to Nedbank acc)till today she has not received the money and she is in Limpopo and also old to run around printing out statements,I tried all Capitec consultants to assist allocating this transaction as my app showing transactions successfully sent to Nedbank and they acknowledged the receipt but her 90 days bank statements doesn’t have that transaction, Now I got last hope from the lady called Boitumelo to maybe escalate for the 7th time,tomorrow almost new year and my Mom still in pain or empty promises from me as her Son,this is really unacceptable and I’m unable to contact nor go to Nedbank as they are middle men or third party, This Capitec only good when you are still in High school because if they knew or were well trained then Nedbank weren’t gonna give such juvenile response saying money was successfully received,by who because i verified my Mom’s contacts,initials and Surname and all were correct? Surely Nedbank suspends department can see exact amount not allocated anywhere it’s impossible to loose such financial tracking,i hope this will be resolved and never again that’s why people with big monies aren’t using such banks there’s no strict procedures in place

Poor service and dishonesty,i bought a car from we buy cars on the 22nd July and Dekra wasn’t specifying the car cannot drive distance but showing violent low level,sales guy Thabiso i asked him why Dekra report i am signing for saying overheating but the one i was shown saying low level he said there’s no overheating on the vehicle,I paid R68 500 cash for the car and I couldn’t even get home withing 25 minutes I was stucked on a highway and sent him videos of the car he said I should return it in the morning his manager will offer a refund or replacement but I need cancellation because the car was making noise inside the engine or alternator with the fan not running,since an agent called Teague communicated to me and everytime I’m calling they say he will come back to me until today the 28th my money gone?I bought about 7-10 vehicles from them before and only two last vehicles gave me worst experience ever but the other one cost me 30k atleast after 8 months,I will never ever buy or donate my money to this people for my entire life,I don’t know how they remain in business and grow this big ****ming people like this?I need my money,cancellation only option no other choice and never again
This people keep telling me : ignoring Communications.Pay R10113.8 FNB for 3 years now? How can I block this ****mers they need to go look for jobs and stop wasting people’s time and becoming nuisance?
Good day Please don’t be trapped in to this company,for nearly 3 weeks they are calling me almost everyday busy asking me to mandate debicheck and I authorised more than one debit,I think 3 times and are pending debit order. And their staff not even professional when speak to you so I am warning public experiencing same situation as mine,please look for something better not Finchoice till today I’m still waiting and nobody ever called me ?
