Order never arrived and you can't phone their support line as the network is 'congested'.
Ordered replacement parts on Friday morning and received my shipment the next day. They also did not skimp on packaging, which is a major plus for me :D
Created a DSV Clientzone account on June 10th 2023. My account has yet to be activated. Which means I can't log in to change my delivery address. Fun.
Staffed by some of the most helpful people out there. Also: they don't skimp on packaging (as opposed to some other companies who simply lob your stuff into a box or a plastic bag).
The worst courier company I have ever had to deal with (without any hyperbole). Shipment stuck for a week and with no response to queries/emails. R4700 of electronic components just goofing off in the 40+ degree Dubai heat because these people are being paid to do heaven knows what all day.
