Oukitel **** IP68
Bought a Oukitel WP5 Pro. Had the phone for a few months. IP68 and my phone fell out of my pocket on a tile floor. Screen shattered completely. This is supposed to be a rugged phone. They refuse to fix or replace the phone. They told me the phone must have fallen on a uneven surface. On their videos on YouTube it shows how their brand slips and falls on uneven surface but nothing comes of it. False advertising. **** IP68.... Don't buy this product

Next day delivery money making scheme
Next day delivery.... What a big disappointment. They just saying next day to get people to buy more. Just another sales money making scheme. I purchased a few items and all showed next day delivery and I made sure that I only selected next day items to insure I get my stuff the next day. But now still waiting and going on day No 3 . False advertising

Stay away from Core Croup
I bought a IPhone 6s cash. The phone didn’t even last a full year and it started giving me battery draining issues. After I tried to replace the battery it still didn’t work. I send it back to them and they wanted me to replace it with a more expensive phone trying to make more money out of me. After I received my phone back the screen was damaged. I did complain about it and provided them with a photo showing them that they damaged my screen. Obviously they refused to fix the error. I am so disappointed in people undermining your intelligence and just giving you a I DONT CARE ATTITUDE. After all the emails and struggle I ordered a replacement screen and fixed the screen myself.

Reliable Store not So Reliable
I ordered 2 small guitars. Paid in full and waited so long for delivery. After they apologized about the delay the stock arrived a day late again. When I opened my package the stock was damaged and not up to standard. After sending them a email to complain I received a mail that they will get back to me in 48 hours. Automated reply... It is long after 48 hours and still nothing to confirm my refund or anything. Tried to call the number they provided on the internet and also just a automated reply from the switchboard.
