I had a wonderful experience. I was able to renogogiate my premium, and the sales consultant that assisted me was a superstar in helping me achieve this.
The fast food outlet canceled my order and I get a message that says that I won't be refunded. This is infuriating.
I have always been a huge fan of Old Khaki and love to spoil myself, once and a while, but the last two purchases I made were beyond disappointing. The first purchase was a leather handbag - this bag has torn completely on the inside, you purchase a leather handbag for its longevity, not to be replaced every few months. My second purchase - sneakers, not even bought a year ago, also tore, the whole sole tore away from the side of my shoe. Sorry, Old Khaki - I won't be supporting your brand anymore. Truly disappointed.
I have made an online purchase from an Ozow vendor, using their instant EFT facility. It came to my attention that the vendor was fake, thus resulting in me losing my money. I don't think that they have a proper vetting process in place for new and prospective vendors. I will never use their services for online payments again. They take no responsibility for this. Absolutely rediculous.
I have had a wonderful experience with this business, I am yet to receive my order, but the customer service was great before I had placed my order, I had phoned about the availability of stock, I was promised to be phoned back in less than half an hour. The person on the other side of the line kept her promise and phoned me back.
I had placed an order on 3 March 2022 - delivery is promised within 5 to 7 business days. It is 2 weeks later and I haven't yet received anything. I have reached out to them via telephone and the voicemail box is full. I have reached out via Whatsapp and no response on there either. Please do not place any orders with them, this is clearly a scam. I have done some further digging and identified that various posts about this fraudulent shop have been made, warning people that this website is a scam.
The services that I received from the Silver Lakes branch was absolutely pathetic. The day I took out my Lay-bye agreement I specifically asked the sales personnel whether they had stock available, where she assured us that stock was available, we asked her whether we can pay it of quicker than the six months period to which she agreed. On the 30th of July I phoned to confirm that the last payment has been made and that I want to arrange for collection over the weekend, there was no answer from the storeroom and the operator said that they would get back to me, which they didn't. Saturday I phoned again and still no response from them as to whether I can come for collection. Sunday, I phoned again and I couldn't get through to their branch so I was diverted to their call centre, once again the operator said she would get back to me, which she did not. I eventually our of pure frustration with the situation, drove there to find out what the hell was going on. I got there and low and behold, no person in that branch is willing to take responsibility for the poor and pathetic service I have been receiving. The manager assured me that a couch will be sent to their branch from another branch, it is now Monday afternoon and I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM. I mean really, how is a person suppose to satisfied with such pathetic service.
