Very disappointed in the online products they supply. Before I bought the stuff I asked if everything will fit and if all items will work, they confirmed its the perfect combo. None of the extra items fits into the cage. When I questioned the lady about the quality of the products she was upset and said I can use a piece of wire to keep the items in place.
While reading all reviews from Coricraft I still struggle tonunderstand why people still support this company. Majority of the complains are about the same issue. This company are very quickly to demand a deposit before manufacturing etc but when it comes to a warranty THEY WILL NEVER EXCEPT IT. Even if they are at fault they will just reject a claim. There is always million excuses and they will always blame the customer. May I never and I hope numerous other clients stop supporting this brand and go support other businesses with better pricing and much beter quality.!
What a terrible online shopping platform. First of all a person waits not less than 15 working days for a delivery to be made. And when it finally arrives there are no tracking details nor collection pins available. when you query it you dont receive any assistance from the customer online portel. Rather pay a bit extra and receive it on time
Flight has been delayed for 2 hours, poor customer service.
The level of service I received with my latest order is super pathetic, My order was send back due to me not being available. 1. I requested and changed my number on my profile but it was never completely submitted this has been confirmed by your online department. 2. I was at home the entire week my first order was delivered but my second order was send back because they could not reach me due to your staff not updating the system as they should do 3. I lost a conplete order and must be satisfied with a refund that will also take forever to be processed. I placed this order on the 27 Nov and we are standing on the 7 Dec, for a upmarket store the lead time and feedback of your staff is pathetic to say the least. I spend thousands of rands on a monthly basis at your store and this is how you treat your loyal customer.
I bough a dinning set and chair from Coricraft Kramerville but the service I receive from this branch is super pathetic. The sales staff does not give a **** if they reply on your ails to give update on the delivery neither do they phone you back when you contact them. Do not support this branch rather go to Ciello accross the road much better customer service.!
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SMALL BUSINESS.! Very quickly to quote you but as soon as you make payment delivery time turns from 2 weeks into 35 working days.
To be a Private Wealth client does not benefit you as a client at all. The service stays poor no matter what level if card holder you are. It takes them more than 3 days to sort out an OTP problem and the issue is still jot resolved. Do not waste your time nor you money to support them.
I would rather prefer to give a 0 than a 1 star for the service I received from Sanitech as a NEW CUSTOMER. I have never in my entire life received such poor, non exciting customer service from a company. The Sales Representatives ignores your emails, phone calls, and to make contact with the Line Manager is also a waste of time. I will not recommend this company to anybody. Rather make use of BIDVEST STEINER.
Dischem - SUNWARD PARK Wait more than 20 min for the nurse and a staff member to finish their private conversation that is suppose to happen over tea time and then it took the nurse 50 min to complete my baby Record book. I have never struggled in the past with this. Poor customer service. I DO NOT reccommend this clinic
