Constant harassment from this debt collection company, call everyday up to 5 times to setup a debit order, and every time I said to the agent I don't want a debit order. I have a payment arrangement and paying monthly via my credit card, so please STOP with the calls. Further to this, one agent that called, just forgot her name, insisted that they will keep on calling until I set up a debit order. So from when can someone force you to set up a debit order.
I would like to voice my frustration with this company, they will call you from 7am to 6pm daily just to remind you of a payment that is due month end or to DEMAND a debit order put in place. Arrangements were made and been kept but they still insisting to call you to remind you. If you ask them why they calling you their response is that there is a balance owning, NOW for heaven sake, that is why there is an arrangement in place. This is harassment and I will take it even further if it don't stop. Second complaint: the consultant don't know her name she didn't allow me to speak that phoned me this morning was rude and she didn't know her facts, demanding payment on behalf of FinChoice and threating me with legal action. She clearly didn't know the debt was bought by her employer. I am blocking and ignoring all their calls from now and will stop paying unless these calls and ridiculous demands are stopped.
Well done on providing such excellent service, bought a second hand car early February with just a couple of issues experience after a week but all of which were attended to. Jaco and Team keep up the good work
I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks to Khanya Njalo. The quality of service I experienced is undoubtedly a reflection of your company's values and will keep me coming back.
Be careful with dealing with these guys, opted for a rent to own plan, pick the car of my choice, go through the whole application process. Paid Deposit of R1000 of which later increased to R4800, of which I can say we cleared the confusion, hence the 2 start rating. However on excepting the T&C and sign the contract, the day when I was supposed to pick up the car that was the 18 Nov 2023, the wrong car was processed. Imagine spending R700 on Uber fees just to be left without a car. To date no proper answers or apology was received in writing, only a phone call from the sales lady with excuses regarding the mix up.

Max Law was supposed to assist with clearing my credit record, All documents provided with proof to clear some of my listed creditors ( Paid Up, Write Off ) letters, but today no feedback, with countless emails with no replies, I made more progress on my own then these paid company, and yes paid for services not delivered. And now my number two complaint, Once off fee was negotiated and then a monthly fee for a certain legal eagle, and now the ONCE OFF fee was again deducted in Dec and not waiting for my salary date they tracked the Debit Order ( DebiCheck) early and deduct the fee AGAIN, This is a bunch of scammers stay away and do your clearance yourself. Make use of Hello Peter, FB and Ombudsman to get reactions out of these scammers.
I am at it again with this useless Company called a credit bureau, I logged a an online dispute 2 weeks ago with no ref number given, and I again logged the same dispute via email with the necessary documents and still no reply/feedback with no ref or ticket number. Don't even attempt to contact them, you hold on for days.
Looking at all the reviews I am not surprised that I also need to revert to Hello Peter to express my utter disappointment with Experian. Never reply to emails never answer their phones, how can our banking industry rely on such a useless company. I have lodged disputes online and submitted all relevant documents via email on the 3rd May 2022. I have to date not even received a reply from them after numerous follow up emails and attempts to contact them telephonically.
Great customer support from beginning to end of the process. Kobus, Paul, and team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them to anyone out there.
