I wish to express my appreciation to the manner in which I was handled by Polokwane Toyota when I sent my car there for routine service on 3 January 2023. I was told to submit the car by 7:30am, which I did. I received a call by 11:00am that they had finished. The service was perfectly done. I was even assured when I collected my car that I would feel some difference in it's performance. That was indeed true. In addition to routine service, car was washed outside, cleaned inside and even the engine area was thoroughly cleaned. This was the 6th sevice ever since I bought the car from Toyota. This was the first time I managed to collect my car within 4 hours from the time I move it in for routine service. When I collected. This was the first time l collected the car having been cleaned. I could really feel the difference that the car had indeed had been well serviced. Hats off to you guys at Polokwane Toyota. Jacqueline Sekhula was my Service Advisor... a very courteous lady indeed, whether talking to her at her desk or over the phone. Thank you my sister. Unfortunately I stay far away from Polokwane, otherwise I would take my car there again for my future routine services. I salute you guys.. keep up the good standard of customer care. Such are the services we anticipate to get in such companies.
I visited ABSA Burgersdorp Branch on Wednesday 22 June 2022. There was a transaction that was supposed to be concluded there, which had been started off at another Branch. The whole process had taken more than 3 weeks to be finalized. I really appreciate the manner in which I was handled by Namhla Ngcezu, a sales consultant. Sometimes I would not be sure of what to do on my cellphone. She was more than prepared to assist me. I left the Bank with a smile. Such are the services that we envisage when we visit such essential institutions.
I have used World Remit facility to send money out of the country. Their system is easy to understand and quite simple to use. The other time I had to call customer care for assistance when I was not sure of what to do. The lady who attended to my call assisted me with humility. I applaud world remit for their services
I have an account with Russels furniture shop. We agreed on a day that I should pay my account. Within five days before the agreed date, I always receive a call, reminding me of my obligation. Thereafter, I would receive an SMS to confirm our conversation. This is my first account with this shop, and I am quite impressed with the manner in which I am being treated. Keep up the good work guys !!!
I am a customer of Homechoice. When I paid my instalment in September 2020, I left a balance of R0,01. When I received October 2020 statement I was shocked. It reflected an interest of R5,89, and account balance was now R5,90. Worse still, instalment to pay was R8,86. I sent an email on 13 October 2020 to Homechoice to seek for clarification. I made two calls to Homechoice, asking them to call me. After each call, I would be assured that someone would call me. Instead, I received calls from sales representatives, praising me that I am a good customer, and persuading me to buy. This didn't go down well with me, that these people still want me to buy, but do not want to respond to my query. Response to my query finally came on 16 October 2020, indicating that my account is fully paid. I then asked for a statement with the correct information. The response was that I would receive this within 24-48 hours. Right now it is more than 100 hours and I have not received it. If I was paying my instalment by direct debit, they would have debited my account when I do not owe them anything. This is one reason why I will never allow Homechoice to effect direct debit to my Bank Account.
I work in Eastern Cape. Whenever I need service in Absa, I prefer to wait until I get the opportunity to get to Johannesburg, and find my way to Lenasia Branch. I have always enjoyed the services at this branch. Each time when I visit it, I get the best service, and I go out smiling. The other time (more than 4 years ago) I was told at one branch in Eastern Cape, that I could not be served because the system wanted proof of address update. It was a Saturday, and I was more than 200 km from where I stay. I could not understand, because the bank has my contact details to inform me. This was not done, only to wait to tell me when I need service. I asked to see management. The lady appeared to be make a call, (which I doubted), and then told me manager had said she could serve me. I was then served, but I was really unhappy with this treatment. Indeed I sometimes get some good service in Eastern Cape. However, by comparison, Lenasia branch is the best so far for me. I salute you guys !! Keep it up.
I always buy from Homechoice. For the past 3 years or so I have been paying on time, without skipping a single month. It drives me nuts when I receive a call, asking me as to when I will pay my installment. Even if I indicate that I will pay before the end of the month, they still want me to give a specific date. This call comes even before month end. To me it sounds as if I am not a trustworthy customer. It sounds like they are not sure if at all I will pay. I have to think twice before I order anything from them again.
I submitted an appeal for Permanent Residence permit in January 2016. I should have received the response within a period of 90 days, as per DHA policy. After 6 months I started making telephone calls to followup. I was just informed that it was still pending. I continued making calls on intervals of every 2 to 3 months. In addition to that, I sent emails. I received no response. As a member of Scorpion Legal Protection, I handed over the problem to them. It was handled by Khuliso Tshiringwana. He asked for copies of the emails I had sent to DHA. I gave him. He started to make followup as well. He sent several emails to DHA on intervals of 4 months or so. There was no response. He then suggested that it was high time to escalate the matter wit the Public Protector. In October 2019 he did all the paperwork form me to submit to Public Protector. I submitted. In no time Public Protector responded that they were going to attend to the problem. At the end of June 2020 I received a response that result was due for collection. I collected. I was granted Permanent Residence status I had applied for. I salute and applaud Scorpion Legal Protection for solving my problem. It is a real blessing for Scorpion Legal Protection to have Khuliso in the company. From the onset he gave me confidence not to panic, but to be patient. Khuliso was always in touch with me. If I had looked for a private legal advisor, I could have paid a lot of money. Now just for the monthly subscription fees that I pay, I got such a flamboyant service without paying any extra cent. Keep up the good work. I have tangible reasons to boast about the invaluable services Scorpion Legal Protection renders to their clients.
