I wanted to share my sincere appreciation for Experian agent named Lesego Montshiogage. Today, 03 March 2026, I started our call feeling incredibly frustrated with a credit dispute I had been struggling to log correctly for ages, but her professionalism and warmth completely turned my day around. Not only did she resolve my problem efficiently, but her wonderful sense of humor made the entire process actually enjoyable. I felt like I was talking to a friend who actually knew how to solve my problems. It’s rare to find someone who can balance technical expertise with such a genuine, uplifting personality. Thank you for hiring people with such great personalities, Lesego is a massive credit to your team!. Keep up the good work Lesego.
This is the worst credit bureau ever. Every time I logon, I definitely find an error on my credit report, but what baffles me is the organisation's unwillingness to investigate and rectify the error even when provided with legitimate information/proof. It seems the capturing team has a tendency of capturing duplicate accounts, but update only one of the records, leaving the other account (duplicate) with the full outstanding balance - this affects my debt-to-income ratio and put's me at a risk of attracting a higher interest rate when applying for credit. I must admit this kind of seems deliberate - I cannot see a reason why only one credit bureau keeps doing this, while the others (e.g., transunion) are managing to keep accurare data. The last time this happened, I had to report experian with an external body - then suddenly the error was rectified. I have been trying to log an account as duplicate, it's now the third time. This account was settled and closed last year on 24 October 2025, but because it's duplicated on Experian, one of the duplicate records has been correctly updated and appears as closed while the other still appears on my list of up-to-date accounts with a full balance of R1954 still outstanding, Yes the amount seems small, but it should be correctly updated as closed. I have been logging a dispute since last year, yet my dispute just gets cancelled with no valid reason. Someone is just not doing what they are supposed to do and the organisation is doing nothing about about that. It's quite bad that we have to escalate disputes before they can be rectified at experian, but I am willing to do it everytime I do not get assistance from Experian..
Courier IT never delivered my parcel from AfriHost. On 19 December, Courier IT driver, Thomas Steph**** sent a message at 10:32 saying my delivery is next followed by another one at 13:33 claiming to have delivered my parcel (CMD131999893). During these few seconds between 10:32 and 10:33, I was facing the gate from my balcony, NO DELIVERY came. Courier IT claims to have delivered my parcel to someone named Noster Mpofu, there is no such person at my complex. After multiple follow ups, my parcel seems to have VANISHED.
I am struggling with experian who completely ignores a request to update a paid up account. Initially, the account appeared twice (duplicated) on my profile. I logged a dispute regarding this, and they never removed the duplicate but rather updated one of the duplicated records as paid up and closed. This account was paid up and closed on 25 April 2025. Today 01 September 2025, the account is still on my report showing the full balance. I have logged more that 2 disputes in this regard but nothing is being done. The response came back saying "The account you’ve disputed is already marked as closed and shows a zero balance, meaning there is no money currently owed. I responded to explain that only one of the DUPLICATE records was closed, the other one still remains open with the full balance. I have lodged a complaint explaining that this is affecting my debt to income ratio as I need to apply for a bond, the complaint was re-routed back to their useless administration. This is not the first time I have struggled with Experian regarding inaccurate information on my profile. The service is really disgusting
FNB card delivery service by Takealot is the worst service ever, FNB has really stooped to the lowest level this time. I received an SMS on 20 May about my card delivery, today is 11 June and I'm still to hear from takealot. The call service is useless either, it seems no one is picking up, EVER. Hi, I purchased airtime on my Capitec App on 25 June 2020 for R30. The account was charged but airtime never loaded. After 2 phone calls to enquire I was promised that the money will be reversed back to my account. To date (23 July) nothing was done. I am disappointed at the service, to think that I was considering moving to Capitec permanently. If I cannot trust this bank with R30, how can I trust it with my entire salary. Your service sucks.
