I paid for my Natis documentation to be transferred to my name more than a month ago. I've emailed numerous times with constant auto-responses received. I received an email today stating that Wesbank apparently sent it to me on 25/10/2023 with no proof of delivery or anything received. Wesbank is now saying I must pay AGAIN to order a new Natis document to be created. I'm appalled at the level of service reviewed by Wesbank. They honestly just don't care.
I installed Fibre at our place in Muizenberg. We moved to Claremont and wanted to cancel. I was told I would incur the clawback fee of R1725 and had to cancel after the 7th of April 2023. We then moved and tried to cancel and I was told by Zanele G that we could transfer the fibre line to new premises and incur no installation fee. The line was moved by down for more than 10 days with a fault logged. I then tried to cancel the line and have been charged the clawback fee. Webafrica are ****** and I will never use them again. Believe I have ground to reach out to my lawyers as this can't be lawful. Furious.
I'm trying to cancel my line due to be down for 10 consecutive days with no help or feedback. Currently sitting in WebAfrica's Whatsapp chat that doesn't work / redirect me to customer service. They're doing their best to try and prevent me from cancelling my line. Stay away from WebAfrica. They're awful.
I'm being incorrectly billed for my wearable device and trying to cancel. I went to the Vodacom shop in Stadium-on-Main on 3 consecutive days to see/deal with Ridwaan Motara. He has been nothing short of useless with no help/end in sight. After going through on the third day, he made me wait online to speak to someone from Vodacom. I was then promised someone would call me back the following week. I've heard nothing. Pathetic customer service.
After paying R1000 for Huawei GT2e watch to be repaired it broke shortly afterwards due to replacement glass not being correctly installed. This was checked in on the 8th of June and I'm still without my watch (nearly 2 months now). After more than 10 calls to Huawei Customer Support, I still don't know the status of my watch and/or if I'll ever get it back. I used to be a big Huawei fan but after this horrendous customer service, my opinion has changed. :(
Dear Pick ‘n Pay, I’m extremely sad to say I will no longer be going to your Pick ‘n Pay outlet at Capricorn Park in Muizenberg. This is by far, the worst run store I’ve ever had the displeasure to shop at. We’ve recently moved to Muizenberg and unfortunately, this is the closest Pick ‘n Pay. We’ve been loyal customers for my whole life but I have decided we will be shopping at Shoprite or Spar going forward. The service, cleanliness and management of this branch is utterly appalling. Every time we go there, there’s an issue. Issues experienced: • Fridges aren’t working • Food is expiring on the same day of being purchased • Card machines out of order • Very poor communication - only informed when at the teller after standing in long queue that they’re only accepting cash. • Always out of stock, of basically everything • Store always looks dirty • Staff appear to have no desire to work there • Food as labelled for discounts, as in by 2 and only pay R50 but once home and slips are checked, these discounts/prices have not been applied. I can see why this store isn’t put on google review as it must get the worst ratings. I feel it’s in your best interests to do a massive overhaul at this branch. Management clearly has no control over what’s going on and this is tarnishing your reputation. Those who can travel in the area, must surely be shopping elsewhere. As stated, we will have to go to a different food chain as I can’t be left exasperated after every shopping trip. We are frustrated and disheartened that there seems to be no way of voicing our grievances but hope this reaches the right ears. Honestly never thought I’d shop anywhere else but Pick ‘n Pay... Absolute worst customer service I've EVER experienced! DON'T use these scammers for anything! I'm shocked and appalled at the horrifying level of customer service received.

Pick 'n Pay Plumstead is absolutely fantastic! I love going to this store. Staff are always friendly and shelves always stocked. Keep up the great work!
Fresh Start Law Centre took my money nearly 2 years ago and have now disappeared off the face of the earth. I've logged numerous callback request which they never honour. They claim to allocate you a dedicated consultant and weekly status reports which never happen. They will hunt you down for the deposit and never return a service. I can't urge you enough, don't utilize their services!
