Every single time I want to exit Mall of the South there is an issue with the parking pay point - It is either out of order, not accepting cash or not accepting card payments!!!! Then if you ring for assistance there is no reply. On good days when the lady do answer she ask you to go to the boom for assistance. When you do get to the boom there are either 10 to 15 cars in front of you also waiting for assistance. Or there is nobody at the boom gate!!!! We stay around the corner from MOTS and it happens every single time we visit the mall.
One of the Aramex drivers were speeding in our Estate. I now have a speeding infringement of R250!!! I cannot get hold of Aramex to resolve this issue. The website is not user friendly at ALL....

My fiber was installed on 29 June, and since then I have not had a week without errors with my fiber. Every week I have to call their call centre, that doesn’t even ring most of the time, and there’s no support of them at all. They did a faulty installation, and when I tried to call the contact number on the job card, it was a fake number. The name of the installer Lazlo and he didn’t even put the fiber cables in the correct ports on the router . I am highly disappointed in Link Africa and would not recommend them at all.
