Went to Standard Bank Greenstone Mall on the 6th of August to close off my access account, and there was a certain amount in that account. I was assisted by Koena Moraba, who advised that I should give 7 days' notice so that I can get all my money, and I agreed. Within the period of 7 days, I received a notification showing that the money was out of my access account and the access account disappeared from my app, but the money was not in my main account. Then I went to Greenstone and told Koena, he then said to me he can see the money hanging, so he will have to send some documents to some department so that I can get the money, and he even asked me to sign a document, and I did. Yet I haven't received my money, and when I called Koena to check what went wrong, he sounded very impatient. Then I called customer service and explained what happened. Customer service called him and came back to me, saying that Koena said he would do a follow-up and call me, which was on the 4th of September. Koena didn't even bother to call me, and to me it seems like he doesn't care about that money because to him it's like it'sn't much but to me it's a lot.
I am really disappointed with cell c once again. Since I renewed my data contract with cellc last year October they always debit extra money from my account and this time they went far by debting my account earlier while I made arrangements with them not to debit since I won't have anything in account and again they debited on the date that we agreed on. Now they send me an invoice showing that they were unable to debit but they did debited and it also shows on my bank statement. Cellc customer service is really annoying because now when I tell them that I don't want continue with the contract they tell me that I must pay R3000 for cancelation fee which they didn't state that should I wish to cancel the contract I must pay cancelation fee when they were selling the their product to me.

Good day We have made the reservations at First group oceanic in Durban with my friends, the reservations is made for the 29th of January to 2nd of February 2021. On their policy it has stated that the reservations is non-refundable but it doesn't state that we can't change the dates, we also called the hotel to confirm if we can change the dates if something come up and they said yes we can. So now that we want to change the dates because of the pandemic they say we can't change it and that means we going to loose our money. Thanks
I have cellphone contract (not insured) with Cell C, my phone froze during updating software. I took the phone to the nearest store on the 22nd of June 2020 and the consultant who was assisting me said that I won't be charged since it wasn't a physical damage and I will get my phone back within 21 days. My phone was dispatched to repair department and I was told to do follow up and I did as they said however it took about 31 days to for them to respond me, I called Cell C repair department on the 21st of July 2020, I was assisted by Redal and she made the process to speed up and asked me to phone the following day, when I called the following day I was told that I should pay R5000.36 for them to repair my Samsung A30 while they debiting R328 from my account every month. I complained that I can't pay the amount and I ask for the manager then I was told I can only communicate with the manager through email address, I have sent the email to this email address : repairs@cellc.co.za for the Manger by the name of Joe Mabunda and there was no response till to date.
