Horrible. Debit money but no connection. Asking for assistance is almost impossible.
I went to go do a full blood test in January. The claim was submitted as advised by my medical aid a week later however the used the incorrect ICD Code. They came back with the correct one in April. By then my medical savings had been used up! Today, I am told that my account has been handed over to debt collectors and I don't know why. Someone made a mistake and I am paying for it. WOW!
Dealt with the most rude consultant, you will see I gave her rating of one and you will see the whatsapp conversation where she **** and said that I shouted at her and said "hey". I called in to ask why am I not connected and ask about turnaround times, no clear answer just a technician will call you. When stating my case again to her and posing her with questions she asked that I do not interrupt her when she speaks and that she will let me speak. As a new customer very SHOCKED at how I am addressed about an issue they failed to resolve, I kept quiet and listened to her lies about a technician calling me. It was then my turn to talk because I have been listening to her and then she interjected while stating my case, I then asked her to listen to me without interrupting. She then told me I am rude and continued to send a text lying saying that I said "hey" to her. I am just really shocked. I later decided to personally contact vumatel and they assisted within 5 mins LOL imagine!!!
One is generous! Technicians came to my place yesterday and asked for coffee and I told them I do not have, they continued to ask for cooldrink and then water. After they had **** and said all is in order, no internet connection whatsoever I don't know if it's because I didn't share my groceries with them. I opted in giving them sweets because the one technician spotted them in my kitchen. Now I am sitting with no connection, empty promises that I will receive a call and nothing! Mind you I am a new customer!
Honestly one star is pushing it because you deserve a negative 10 rating the harassments I am getting from consultants about my tracker account. I have been send proof of payments to the Team Leader who claims my issue has been escalated. I have been sending follow-up emails to see if this has been sorted and she just ignores them and sends different consultants to harrass. I am constantly having to send POP it's been almost a year and a few months that this has been happening, mind you I don't even have an account with Tracker, a cancellation letter was sent to numerous consultants and the Team Leader countless times.
I did not get my luggage from a flight from Port Elizabeth to OR International Airport. I have been going to Menzies (Company dealing with the luggage) and following up with FlySaFair with no luck. Just a come tomorrow and " she says she will bring it" Now I have underlying health issues and I need to take my medication everyday without defaulting. I have defaulted for a full week, yesterday I collapsed lastnight and had to be admitted to hospital because of my blood platelets had dropped because my medication is in that suitcase. The passenger is refusing to bring back the luggage and I have just been told that there's nothing they can do. WOW JUST WOW!!! I will be sharing this in all social media platforms for awareness. I will never trust or fly with you people ever again.
I have given up on this security services. As I write, we are still waiting for armed response to be dispatched to our house as an attempted house break-in just happened 40 mins ago. I have laid a complaint 3 times with no help. Yet we are paying for the services. I don’t even know why we even bother as they do not care at all.
Don't ever use Digicom DSTV installers. We went to the DSTV Agency in Newton Park Gqeberha to get our DSTV installed and we were assisted by a man name Marcquin. He assured that the installation will be made and a fee was paid. We have been following up with him for the past 3 weeks and calling the Multichoice to escalate the matter with no assistance from both ends. The service is appalling and they keep on dropping calls when challenging them.
I feel like a rating of one is being generous. The rates are ridiculous!! Whenever I top-up my metre, I’m always on a negative. I don’t know where the money is actually going?? I have paid R900 now and it says I am on a negative -R13.93! How??? I do not know?! I feel ****med.
Your service has been below par. I called in to check if there was an error in my meter because I seem to be paying more lately. The consultant I spoke to was so rude and disinterested. I’m really disappointed, I wish our complex had used another service provider than these people.
