Excellent Brand, first used them after I had my baby 3 years ago and I was greatly impressed by the results. I have now gone back to Fitchef and I'm happy to say just after a month I have seen great results. 👍

Disappointed, Lack Service
I purchased the tier kids storage train on the 16 April, it's almost a month and I am yet to receive my order. I have made several email enquiries and phone calls, and it is the same excuse, it is a system error, the fault is lying with IT, they are unable to assist further without the technicians updating the system. So I am unable to receive a refund so I may place a new order, my order cannot be delivered either. So I am now out of pocket R3000, and nothing to show for it. Needless to say, I am beyond frustrated, as contacting the service center has been futile

Scam, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM
This company is a scam, I placed my order at the beginning of February, as per the website it apparently supposed to take 3 -6 business days for delivery. After several emails, and whatsapp messages, I was initially told my order cannot be fulfilled and they would be refunding, and I was then told the supplier is redoing my order, I was due to receive the finished product on the 10 March before 12pm, since then I have not received any communication and needless to say no delivery has taken place

Dotsure poor claim service
Dotsure pet insurance is an absolute scam and the worst service ever, after my toy poms having a dental treatment and having to remove several teeth, Dotsure refuse to pay me out, advising that the invoice did not mention the extraction, even after I requested they contact the vet they still refuse to me out. I pay my installment on time every month, after years of being with Dotsure this is only my second claim, and their service has been pathetic, and since my babies are now 10 years old I am unable to get any other cover for them.

Poor serviceb
Absolute worst service, a month after submitting my application I still have not been set up, it's impossible to get anyone to actually assist you as no one knows what's going on, I've literally been told by an agent," it's like the blind leading the blind" which wasn't very comforting to hear. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone
