Good morning. Just would like to share the excellent service I received from Michelle Labuschagne of Team Visas and Travel. Michelle's service was the most affordable and totally exceeded my expectations when expediting my application at DHA for unabridged birth certificate. The service of her business and her personal, friendly approach was truly awesome. I highly recommend her and would certainly use her services again if needed in the future.
Like others who have reported on this company, there should be an option with no stars. They are unprofessional. They require one to send information before one can even view a property. When information is sent, they don't even have the decency to provide feedback. Morne does not respond to messages or return calls. He and this agency will be reported.
Web Africa service is very poor. Once cannot e-mail their support or call them. They only allow correspondence via their inefficient and ineffective. One has to wait over 30 minutes for a response from an agent after being informed you are being transferred. Then the agent also informs you that one can wait for a response time of up to 6 hours!!! This is unacceptable customer service. If you want to cancel you cannot e-mail or call, you must go through this frustrating and inefficient whatsapp service. Also wifi service is unreliable at the best of times. Recently had many experiences of no internet. Also cost of service is very high compared with other service. In the past I have asked to change my service but was informed not possible. Consultant did not even try.

Good day Fault log 25320 refers. Having been a loyal customer of Web africa for several years now, I am utterly disappointed with their unprofessional and terrible service My account is fully paid and I am a regular punctual payer of my account. My fibre internet has been down since 25 Dec. Web Africa’s whatsapp support feature is not effective and very frustrating. One often waits for over 10 minutes to be put in touch with a live chat agent. I have been in contact with Taswell, Darryl and Moegamat – none of whom have so far been able to resolve my connectivity issue. I have also been in contact with William Moss by e-mail and telephone. William has tried to assist me in troubleshooting and resetting settings. On Wed 29th he terminated a call and promised to phone back. Up to now he has not fulfilled this promise and has not responded to my e-mails. I find this service of Web Africa to be very poor and unprofessional and am about to cancel my service if this matter is not resolved TODAY. I need my service to do my work and unable to use a service for which I have paid.
The Anglican Parish of Germiston has been a long standing client of Telkom and has previously done business with the Eastgate store. On about 30th June 2020, we submitted an application for business contract whereby we ordered two devices (laptop and cellular phone with data and airtime bundles included). It is now the 12th of August and we have received no confirmation from Eastgate Store on the status of the application. The application was assigned to Melody Ngwenya. At the time of the application submission, the manager we were in contact with was Vernon Stewart and he has recently informed us that he is no longer at the Eastgate store. Our issue with Melody is that she has taken excessively long to process this. She sends the Church office requests for information that could easily be found on the system because we have an account with Telkom Eastgate store. Furthermore, she does not keep us updated on the progress and our office has to repeatedly ask her for updates. We express our dissatisfaction and frustration with this poor level of service and lack of professionalism. A month and a half later and we still have not received the ordered devices.
