Disgusting fries I ordered a steers burger & fries through Mr D. There were 7whole fries in the packet and the rest were remnants from the bottom of the fryer. Steers staff at the Plumstead branch should shame themselves for serving such disgusting food to a paying customer. Never buying there again.
Purchased a Mutton salomie, it was disgusting Loaded with salt and tasted awful. They just lost a customer.

Ocean Basket Plumstead, went for a late lunch on the 8/12/24 the restaurant was not busy 4 tables occupied, waitress took my order of starters, drinks and main meals for three people. Waited 19 minutes for my drinks,waitress mysteriously vanished, 20 minutes later I had to ask the chef where my starter was, another 20 minutes later after hunting down the waitress, I finally received my starter and main meals at the same time. Trying to get my bill was another mammoth task. Had to wait 15mins for it. This establishment ranks as one of the worst places to dine in South Africa.lets see how long they last. Definitely not going back.
I requested a call back from King Price Insurance, I received a response from consultant Gontse Matjeni within 5 minutes, very prompt and professional service from the consultant, my issue was resolved in under 10 minutes. Excellent service.
I ordered 2 medium pizzas (Indonesian and Manhattan with extra pineapple) The pineapple was off, and the pizza bases were still raw. This is the second bad experience I've had in 3 months. I live a distance from this store,so it is a waste of time returning the pizzas.

Affinity health has the worst service ever.I have been trying for the past two weeks to get them to give me authorisation for an x-ray for my knee. Their what's app service where one has to request authorisation is another total waste of time. Time I moved to a more functional hands on medical insurance.
I have been struggling with vodacom consultants for the past two weeks,each time explaining that I did not subscribe to a welcome ring tone,everytime I call customer care, i am given the same story,we have unsubscribed your number and blocked all welcome ring tones,as soon as i hang up with vodacom,i have my number tested and its still there.Vodacom service is the worst I have ever experienced. Their motto should read' We don't care'
