I was called by a lady called Bomkazi rude,Mam we are busy and we cant just give out our personal information on the phone without a reason and if you call me and ask me to verify my ID without telling me why you are calling me you are wasting my time
I called centlec yesterday to notify them that my meter does not accept the electricity bought,I was given a reference number M240308173 ,after hours of waiting I called the call center and was assisted by a nice lady I didnt get her name who told me that my call was closed and helped with logging another complain meaning I will sit again with a small baby without electricity.....
I went this morning to Midas in bloemfontein CBD and the man that assisted me was extremely rude,I was told by the mechanic to buy a petrol pump spacing and The person that is suppossed to assist me was annoyed and told me how can I come buy something that I dont know ...please teach your people good customer service
The service is disappointing... I ordered on the website and didn't get any confirmation of the order, I then decided to email them to ask for confirmation and I haven't received any confirmation or communication from them. I am thinking of reversing the money from the bank but it's going to charge me for that reversal..... I am never buying from them again
Poor service.... We set an appointment a week before to do microblading, today we called to ask for directions she tells us she will refund us she is in Hospital... Why didn't she let us know beforehand? She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience
Great service... Mr Jabu Patsa has been wonderful from the moment I was car hunting till after the sale....
